Our quick getaway was absolutely perfect! The absolute highlight was the excellent all-inclusive package—the food variety was incredible, drinks were top-tier, and the service was entirely seamless. Combined with spotless rooms and beautiful pool areas, it was the perfect stress-free escape. Highly recommended!

Conveniently situated in the Ahungala with easy access to nearby attractions and transport. The area feels safe and welcoming, making it ideal for both leisure and business stays. Spacious, well‑designed, and thoughtfully furnished. Beds are comfortable, lighting is pleasant, and amenities like Wi‑Fi and air conditioning work seamlessly. Offers good value for the price. The quality of service and facilities matches the rates, making it a worthwhile choice compared to similar options. Generally quiet, ensuring restful sleep. Occasional background noise is minimal and doesn’t disrupt the overall experience. Well, rounded offerings: pool, fitness center, dining options, and reliable room service. Extras like complimentary breakfast and parking add convenience. Staff are professional, friendly, and eager to assist. Requests are handled promptly, and hospitality feels genuine. However, if it's a long weekend then the check-in is a nightmare and getting a room is a bad experience even after 15:00 HRS. The flavors are vibrant and well‑balanced. Each dish feels freshly prepared with attention to detail, showcasing authentic ingredients and skillful. cooking. Plates arrive beautifully arranged, with colors and textures that make the food as appealing to the eyes as it is to the palate. However, the staff are inadequate, and service levels are not up to the expectation of a five-star hotel.

The staff were really friendly and the food was also really good. We visited the hotel for our first anniversary and the even had our room decorated. It was really sweet of them. Coming again soon!!

Every member of the staff made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. The food was absolutely excellent, with a great variety and outstanding quality every day. The service was impeccable, and the warm, friendly atmosphere made our stay even more enjoyable. We are truly grateful for all the care and attention we received. Thank you for making our vacation such a wonderful experience. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back!

The service and can do attitude from the staff and management could not be faulted. The hotel was clean and room was comfortable and well equipped with daily cleaning of a high standard. Food was good with a varied selection of bothhot and cold meals. Restaurants were excellent but need to be booked in advance ...Bad points was the hotel was over run by locals who get offered a tremendous discount to fill all the rooms at the weekend and it can and does get packed with a lot of noise until all hours.
