We went on a family holiday as a farewell to Dad, we were more than pleased with this hotel. I would highly recommend it.

This has to be one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Staff are all very friendly and polite. The grounds are kept immaculate by the army of gardeners and the cleaners never seem to be off duty. The room was modern and spacious with a wonderful sea view. We would highly recommend staying here.

This was our second visit. Dissatisfied with the hotel. Whilst it was half empty due to the flight situation via the Middle East, we understand the hotel wants to try and save a bit of cash. However, they made repeat customers feel cheated and new customers will not see the beauty of the hotel. The food was lacking (think same food reheated day after day on the hotel). The family pools are far from the bar, they have a mobile bar that was open for the family pool area when we first went, which is closed now to save money. Not a great experience when you have to walk far just for water, Nevermind adult drinks. The entertainment was moved from the specialist stage to the lobby bar, which was just sad for the team and those trying to watch. Better to have the stage in use and have less people than move some shows (without notice for guests). Staff were amazing, as always. Hard working, great people. I requested a specific room 6 months prior to booking. They could not give me that room (despite low bookings). They “upgraded” me to a sea view room with no sea view. Just noisy gardeners from 5am.

The resort backs onto the beach, has fabulous pools and rooms have sea views with sunsets spreading over the sea. A large pool and pool bar is adult only and staff monitor its use. Our room was kept to a very high standard by Piyumumal and the floor was supervised by Rangana. The supervisor was about most days and was friendly and ensuring all our needs were satisfied. The resort has a friendly atmosphere and their staff in all areas are polite and professional. This a great place to stay and definitely value for money.
