T3 Alpenhotel Flims

Po rychlém pohledu na rezervaci se zhroutil. com a velmi šťastně překvapen! Podzemní hlídané soukromé parkoviště pro kola, velmi čisté pohodlné pokoje s balkonem a výhledem na hory. Dobrá kontinentální snídaně a příjemný slušný personál za dobrou cenu. Nezapomeňte navštívit italskou restauraci jen na silnici - úžasná pizza, pokud je to trochu dražší - ale přece jen je to Švýcarsko. Nejlepší byla číšníci 46 fanoušků?

The attitude and manners of bar & restaurant manager 'MoMo' was dreadful. This person acts aggressively and abruptly to guests, especially Shearlings coach party.The girls waiting staff were the opposite and very polite and helpful.Manager should watch and learn from the girls. Inclusive deal not honoured, acted as gatekeeper for drinks already paid for up front. Bar opens for about 2hrs in the evening and is not manned up so it's pot luck when you get served and then closed by 10pm every night. No tea or coffee in rooms. No night staff which surprises me (health & safety). Packed lunch was bread roll and water sometimes an apple (was that prison food in the 1800s). Vegetarian people not readily catered for. Shearing's should seriously review using this hotel as it will result in bad press and lost bookings. This spoils what otherwise is a great holiday with good itinerary.

Booked a two night stay for myself husband and toddler. We booked a quadruple room and it was an excellent size with generous storage. We had a lovely balcony with some fantastic views....we stayed in room 63. The rooms are well loved but exceptionally clean. The bathroom has a good hair dryer not one that you can blow harder than ;-) Breakfast was lovely, the usual offering in a ski area with cheese board, pastries, charcuterie,yoghurts, eggs and fruit etc There is a bar open in the evenings which we used. Unfortunately there isn't a restaurant on site (I'm not sure we would have left the hotel if there was! Having said that 80 metres away there is a fondue, steak and Italian restaurant. These are all located at the hotel Vorab. The hotel is only an 8 minute walk to the ski lift but if you have an exhausted toddler there is a bus 80 metres away that will drop you off :-) We have a fantastic stay and would highly recommend.... enjoy!

Great place to stay with kids and friends. Arianna, the manager, took care of every detail during our stay. She helped us with skiing and other activities for the kids. The place was clean and tidy. Breakfast was great. Thank you for all your help Arianna!!

B&B hotel just 800m from the main lift station in Flims. Clean, tranquil and run by really nice people. Choice of 3 good restaurants in the Vorab Hotel next door. If you are not on the cheapest possible tour, I thoroughly recommend being based this small step away from the late night hubbub in the centre of the town.
