We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Courtyard by Marriott Phuket, Patong Beach Resort. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the excellent service, beautiful facilities, great location, and the warm hospitality of the entire team. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and impeccably maintained, while the breakfast and pool areas exceeded our expectations. A very special thank you goes to Nida, our housekeeper, who made our stay truly exceptional. Every day, she kept our room spotless and beautifully prepared, always paying attention to the smallest details. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel incredibly welcome and valued as guests. Nida’s dedication and positive attitude are a true credit to the hotel. Employees like her are the reason guests return and recommend a hotel to others. She went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and we are extremely grateful for her outstanding service. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phuket and look forward to returning in the future. Thank you to the entire team—and especially to Nida—for making our vacation so memorable.

We had an amazing stay at this resort. The pool access room was a highlight and made the entire experience feel extra relaxing and convenient. We chose to eat most of our meals at the resort, and every dish was delicious with great variety on offer. The staff were fantastic to deal with—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. A special mention to Nemo and Kung, who made our stay even more enjoyable with their exceptional service. We also really enjoyed the happy hours across the different bars, which added a fun and a social element. Overall, a wonderful experience and we would definitely return.
