Courtyard by Marriott Phuket, Patong Beach Resort

The atmosphere was very relaxing and welcoming.the staff were extremely helpful making our stay an amazing memorable experience.

Hello Mild! I’m yul! It was very great to be in there. So I will go again this week! Let’s see again! 2026년4월에 갔는데 Mild가 엄청 친절하게 체크인을 도와줘서 이호텔의 이미지가 더욱 좋아졌어요 Mild는 어린자녀에게 친절하고 예의바르게 대해줘서 너무나 감사했습니다 자녀와 많은 대화를 나눠주고 적극적으로 대화에 참여해주고 친절하게 안내를해줬습니다 그리고 호텔의 수영장의 안전스탭과 풍선을 만들어주는 스탭이 친절하고 자녀에게 먼저 인사를해주고 안부를 물어줘서 고마웠습니다 약간 아쉬운점은 poolbar직원들은 많이 힘들었는지 친절하지 않아서 메뉴시키는데 조금 불편했어요 이탈리안 레스토랑, 스테이크레스토랑 등 직원들은 매우 친절하여 감사했습니다 그래서 다시 2026년10월 24일 다시 방문할 예정입니다~~~~~

I had a wonderful experience at Courtyard by Marriott Phuket,Patong Beach Resort, but what truly made my stay memorable was Mai. From the very first interaction, she stood out for her warmth, professionalism, genuine care, and willingness to go the extra mile. I travel frequently and have stayed at many Marriott properties, but Mai genuinely stood out among the people I’ve encountered. I sincerely hope her efforts are recognized by the hotel leadership—she represents the kind of hospitality Marriott should be proud of. A special mention to Natt as well for the wonderful hospitality. Mai and Natt made such a lasting impression that they are genuinely one of the reasons I would return to Phuket again. Thank you for making my stay so special!

Great service natthananard natty

The hotel is located in Patong with access from the 2nd road and direct access also (walking exit) thru to the Beach Road! Ideal location if you want to have access to both side. On the 2nd road there is a Hard Rock Cafe right next door if tyou are into it. Hotel is a resorts place, great atmosphere with plenty of swimming pool choice…. when we were there plenty of family with children but our ground floor room does not feel noisy - good sound insulation. Special notice to Sky and Natty who handles our check in very seamlessly and making sure that we have a great gholiday.
