M Social Hotel Phuket

I just spent 13 nights at M Social Hotel Phuket, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. I’ve stayed in many places, but the service and atmosphere here are truly special. The Welcome & The Room The stay began with a very warm welcome. The check-in was smooth, and the staff were incredibly polite. My room was beautiful and very spacious. I especially appreciated how quiet my building was—it provided a perfect, right of shopping mall Jungcylon phuket.peaceful atmosphere for a long stay. Five-Star Dining & Special Thanks to Chef Noom and beakfast Team. The breakfast buffet is a massive international spread, and the staff there are so friendly and helpful. However, the culinary highlight was the personal touch from the kitchen. Chef Noom (Thai Chef): I want to give a huge thank you to Chef Noom. He surprised me with Kanom Jeen Namya Poo (Crab Curry Noodle) and Somtum Plara. They were absolutely delicious and authentic! The Hotel Garden: I was so impressed to learn they use fresh Thai herbs grown right in the hotel's own garden. You can really taste the difference in the freshness of the food! The Pizza: Don’t miss out on the pizza here—it is excellent! we always odered by the pool. The Pool Bar is a great place to relax, thanks to the wonderful team. A special shout-out to Bow and Bryce (or Bank) —he is a fantastic entertainer, very funny, and always has a smile on his face. He made every visit to the bar a pleasure. A Heartfelt Thank You to the Team The "M Social" family really made me feel at home. I would like to personally thank the following people for their incredible hospitality: Abo, Bow, Jimmy, London, Nee, Chef Noom, Bryce, Pim, Wi, and Win. and M Social Hotel phuket team ..great job. I enjoyed every single minute of my stay. If you are visiting Phuket, this is the place to be. I am already looking forward to my next stay at M Social Hotel Phuket!

The location is perfect for exploring phuket as all the places are accessible and specially most happening place. The hotel services and staff is also very nice and professional. Food was also good. I would specially mention Batman and Boat as they made sure to give the best possible service during the stay. I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you!

I’d 100% recommend M Social Hotel Phuket to any families with young children travelling to Phuket! This was our second time staying there and the staffs and service rendered to us were really consistent as per our last visit in July 2025. Staffs offered to help us with the bags, we were also offered a welcome ice-cream and cold towels during check-in and everything was seamless! They even helped us with our stroller and offered us a baby cot for our 3-month-old. We loved the fact that it is seamlessly connected to Jungceylon and the Big C supermarket is literally just 2 mins away. Perfect for us! I’d like to commend on the staffs working at the Beast and Butterflies during the breakfast shift (7-9 May). They were sooooo patient and welcoming, one staff (i did not get her name!) even offered me a cup of coffee. That was really sweet of her. They were also very professional and calm despite having to handle annoyingly loud and entitled tourists from India (they are the WORST!) Auan, the staff during check-out was also very warm and friendly. He bid us farewell and told us to come again. We will definitely be back again next year because we already missed Phuket, Auan, the yummy breakfast at M Social & the overall experience in M Social!
