M Social Hotel Phuket

We have stayed some years ago and since then the prices have soared and the experience has dropped. Too expensive for what it is and the service was mediocre, especially for Thailand standards. It wasn't terrible, there are just way better options so there'd by no reason to stay again.

Fawel is a very good person . We had an excellent experience. The staff member was incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help. He made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. His positive attitude, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service truly made a difference. Thank you for your exceptional hospitality. We highly recommend this hotel and truly appreciate his excellent service.

The service was amazing and the rooms were clean and the shower had amazing hot water and the location of the hotel is next to everything and very ethical.

Good location in the city of Patong which link with Janceylon-Big C-Central Patong, good vibes, clean room. Modern Property, Tech Savvy.
