Pullman Khao Lak Resort

I stayed at Pullman Khao Lak Resort for my birthday with family, and while the resort itself is beautiful, the service was disappointing. The hotel has a modern design, spacious rooms, great facilities, and a relaxing atmosphere. Unfortunately, my experience started badly. I arrived at 4:00 PM, one hour after the official check-in time, but my room wasn’t ready until 6:00 PM. Waiting two extra hours was frustrating, especially on a birthday trip. What disappointed me the most was the lack of problem handling. I politely requested a late check-out to compensate for the delayed check-in, but the request was declined, and I was still required to check out at 12:00 PM. Delays can happen at any hotel, but how they’re handled is what defines true hospitality. Unfortunately, the service recovery was non-existent. The resort itself deserves 5 stars, but the guest service does not. I hope the management improves its check-in process and empowers the team to handle situations like this with more flexibility and care. It would have made a huge difference to what should have been a memorable birthday stay.

Very impressive with Atmosphere and service. And our favorite spot is poor bar and we were lucky to have the staff (her name is Party) who very friendly and good service mind.

My husband and I had a complimentary Thai massage, It was absolutely fabulous, we highly recommend the Rosalyn Spa, Our massage Therapists were Jee Kitty and Jee Natty

This is the most terrible hotel ever!!! We came already after 15:00 hrs. but we got the room at 18:00 hrs. is this 5 stars standard? We waited 3 hours.... Even the staff at frontdesk offered us one drink, it unable to replace the feeling that we felt super bad. We are very disappointed with the room. There is the dust on the table and the window. The lamp is not working... It's not worth to pay and come. Additionally, we came to the beach pool, then we found the dirty wipe was floating in the pool as photos. I don't know what to say with these terrible things... tired!! Disappointed, the management team should fix these things before it getting worst!
