Eden Yasmine Resort and SPA

We went out of season so didn’t expect too much, however we did at least expect food that was hot. This was never the case, breakfast lunch and dinner was all stone cold to the point they supplied a microwave to reheat! Even the apparent fresh pizza was stone cold and this was every day not a one off . However this wasn’t the worse thing, this hotel has a wing where a number of old, mentally unstable people LIVE and are cared for! They are led,wheeled out to the pool area (which was closed) everyday while the carers sat and played cards. On a few occasions the patients were fighting with the carers as they had no idea what was going on, one of them screamed at me as she was being led past, another sat moaning and wailing all day! All while we were sat trying to enjoy our break away! The pool area was nice to look at, most of the rest of the hotel was filled with junk. I’m pretty used to staying in cheap hotels and making the best of it however this place was just another level. The fact that they fail to disclose that (for want of a more politically correct term) old, frail,unstable crazy people actually live on site it wild! I would 100000% recommend that you change your plans unless you want to feel uncomfortable all day, have no available amenities and be served cold questionable meals three times a day.

this hotel was amazing! with lovely Animateurs and the service was great, the food was incredible, and there was loads of activities! I really recommend this place!

I had a good stay with my husband in eden Yasmine hammamet incredible hotel very welcoming the staff are kind nice always listening the food very good and varied the rooms are spacious dedications the animation team really great teams always smiling especially the girls Sissi and sou 🥰🥰❤️they are very nice pretty faC they really I highly recommend this hotel❤️

We have had an amazing time ar this hotel, the staff are so friendly and helpful and cannot do enough for you.. There are words for the amazing food there is so much choice and never disappointing. Having treated ourselves to the wonderful services of the spa we will be returning home relaxed and looking forward to returning again to this now favourite holiday destination 😊 ☺️

Resort: The room are specious, clean. Housekeeping Anissa very very friendly. Hospitality is high standard. Also restaurant service such friendly people. The food is good, local traditional food, fish, stuffed vegetables but also beans, scrammbled eggs, pancakes. Deserts! Too much to handle 😉 Spa/massage: we booked a 5 time package deal, including, Californië and Ayurvedisch full body massage, lymfe drainage massage and facial treatments. Souad and Hysien are the best. They are hard working ladies, with a lot of experience. Very very friendly and caring persons. Communication very important, if you want extra focus on some part of your body/muscles and they will give you the best massage as you prefer. Sport/animation: For the gym (5 instruments) you have to pay extra, around €3,00, closed at 6pm. Yoga, water aerobics 30 min for free and very nice and good instructors. Very nice commited young animation team.
