Eden Yasmine Resort and SPA

Our stay was very pleasant. The staff were absolutely friendly. The food had a good variety and very tasty. This was a family feel hotel and the staff make you to feel right at home. Very lovely atmosphere. The hotel to be honest was nice and simple if you like simple. I would recommend upgrading your room from the basic to the deluxe because the mattress isn't very great. Other than that you will get a real good feel of Tunisia when you stay at this hotel.

The worst holiday we've ever been on. The amount of harassment you get just stepping outside the hotel is horrendous. I had to physically push one man away from my teenage daughter. By the end of the week I was exhausted from all the hagglers, the harassment and sheer lying. For instance on the indrive app it will say 20 TND. But the taxi drivers will scam you. They refused to take us back to the hotel unless we gave them 160TND. Even though they said at the start 20TND. At that point I was so exhausted from it all I just accepted. And that was just one instance. The harassment was constant. Every single time we stepped out the hotel. One man followed us for 2 hours. Oh and don't go to the Zoo. I thought I'd take the kids to try cheer them up. The dolphins, giraffes, elephants, crocodiles...all dead. The staff hit the animals for pictures. There's one monkey alone in a cage and the lions look starved. Was not a pleasant experience. The good things about this holiday was the hotel, waiting staff and the weather!

I really enjoyed my stay at eden hotel the rooms are comfortable clean and well maintained just what you expect the entertainment team is amazing and keeps the atmosphere fun and lively every day the food is decent with a good selection of dishes overall its a great place for nice and relaxing vacation
