Currently staying in this hotel and have absolutely no complaints. We arrived at around 10pm so had missed dinner and I was feeling incredibly unwell. The lovely gentleman on reception ensured once we had checked in we could have some food and be brought us some lush pizza and pastries out. Food is fresh and varied and outside of the 3 set meal times there are various opportunities for snacks. Might not be the place for Brits if you're expecting beige boring food mind. Having said that, there are various different types of pizza/pasta daily. The negative comments about this being part assisted living also blow my mind. The residents and their carers do have use of the grounds but they do not interrupt any of the guests. In fact, what a beautiful setting to have a care home in! Why shouldnt they get to enjoy such beautiful grounds and weather?! They often smile and say hello when they pass. It's really lovely to see how well they are being cared for. To me it is no different than someone's elderly relative holidaying with them! The bar and restaurant staff are friendly. The rooms are beautiful (we are in a superior room). Rooms are made up daily. Cleaning staff are incredibly friendly too.

Hotel does not cater internationally even though it states there is a children’s menu . Hotel advises it has a playground . 2 old swings and a trampoline with out after net . Hotel does not advise anywhere that it has a part of the hotel as a care home for the elderly which is passing you all day long on wheelchairs. I have absolutely nothing again a care home but I do not expect to go on holiday to be a part of this .

The food is out of this world amazing be carful as its to delicious you might get fat honestly The animation team are amazing always happy and want you get involved very happy atmosphere always somthing to do! Cleaning staff amazing room always clean fresh towls bedding every day . The bar staff is amazing And overall the hotel is 10/10 Definitely recommend i'll be back !

We went out of season so didn’t expect too much, however we did at least expect food that was hot. This was never the case, breakfast lunch and dinner was all stone cold to the point they supplied a microwave to reheat! Even the apparent fresh pizza was stone cold and this was every day not a one off . However this wasn’t the worse thing, this hotel has a wing where a number of old, mentally unstable people LIVE and are cared for! They are led,wheeled out to the pool area (which was closed) everyday while the carers sat and played cards. On a few occasions the patients were fighting with the carers as they had no idea what was going on, one of them screamed at me as she was being led past, another sat moaning and wailing all day! All while we were sat trying to enjoy our break away! The pool area was nice to look at, most of the rest of the hotel was filled with junk. I’m pretty used to staying in cheap hotels and making the best of it however this place was just another level. The fact that they fail to disclose that (for want of a more politically correct term) old, frail,unstable crazy people actually live on site it wild! I would 100000% recommend that you change your plans unless you want to feel uncomfortable all day, have no available amenities and be served cold questionable meals three times a day.
