We had a wonderful ten days at One Resort Premium at the end of May this year. We booked with EasyJet holidays and traveled via their bus transfer to Ine Resort Premium in Hammamet. We booked a swim up room which we used every morning for sunbathing and swimming. Not everyone in swim up rooms were using this wonderful pool so it was always quite a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. There are three other pools and a private beach. The adult pool has plenty of sunbeds at this time, no early morning rush for these, albeit there were some people reserving beds and not using them. It’s an infinity pool and has great views, no jumping or diving so it’s a relaxed atmosphere. Second pool is a very basic kids pool, but there were barely any kids staying at this hotel so it was a good place to relax. While the hotel allows kids, there are so many other hotels including the other One Resorts, that have so much more including water slides, kids pools, kids entertainment, kids menus and kids clubs, etc, what kind of parents would choose this place? Last pool was an indoor pool by the spa, we managed to get in there once and the jacuzzi didn’t seem to work. Rest of the time the doors were locked. The beach was beautiful, again plenty of beds available and the sea was beautiful and clean. A section of the sea was cordoned off as a swimming area, about waist deep clear and warm. Occasional camel and horse riding sellers pass by, as well as occasional clothes/tapestry sellers, none of them approached the beds so this was good. Nearby there are jetski, parasailing, and banana boats for hire. Upon arrival the EasyJet rep invited us to a meeting with him and Coco to book trips through them. Fast talking and friendly choice of the usual Tunisian excursions for reasonable prices. There are four places to eat at One Resort premium, main restaurant was amazing and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Food every day was well cooked, varied, and delicious. So much choice and we ate well every breakfast, lunch and dinner. Salads were amazing, Bread was so tasty, no pork, but lots of lamb, beef, chicken, turkey, and fish. No sign of gluten free options or allergy advice, so may need checking. One night during your stay you can pre book either their Italian or Brazilian restaurant. We chose Brazilian and it was a series of bbq meats brought to your table, lamb chops were delicious. The adult pool has a restaurant and bar, choices of meals you can order with tables with a great view of the sea. Closes at 5pm so limited to the lunchtime as somewhere you might eat. The last restaurant is by the kids pool and it is 24/7 fast food. Their croque madam was a regular favourite after a few evening drinks. It also serves alcohol, soft drinks and gives out bottled water. The beach has a small bar which opened on 1st June, so can’t say what it was like. As mentioned the kids pool has the 24/7 bar and the adult pool has a bar until 5pm. There are two main bars. There is a large bar in the main hotel building with board games, shisha room, and table service inside and outside was great. The sports bar is more lively and the staff were all great here. 15 minutes for the kids to dance just before 9pm this was great to watch even if they only had one child to entertain. 9pm was occasionally bingo, costs 40 dinar per person to play, prizes weren’t great, but fun to play. Entertainment was okay, best night was karaoke which had some very good singers and some who were simply just having great fun. Alcohol is all local and not watered down so you will get drunk. Beer and wine was good, cocktails were nice, cocktail event at beach was a non alcoholic smoothie and hilarious to watch lots of very disappointed ladies. There is an awesome spa on site and highly recommended a massage package. There is a great padel court and gym, beach volleyball court, table tennis, and boules. Photo man will do a photo shoot and pictures start from 20 dinar each. Tattoos were available if you fancy something while on holiday. A mini market came one morning and there are 3 permanent mini shops in the resort should you need gifts. Outside there seems to be shops and trips, including the trip I had while waiting by their security that knackered my Achilles so we didn’t see any of that. Doctor was £85 fortunately didn’t need to go to hospital. This is an amazing hotel for relaxing with great weather. Note that Tunisia is same time zone as uk, hot sun from 7am sun sets at 7:30pm. Use Uk£, Euro and Tunisian dinar at the hotel. Get your money changed at reception and keep receipts for changing back if necessary. We changed £100 at a time. Staff don’t chase tips here but be generous and tip occasionally as they all work hard and really friendly. Bus driver, bell boy, maids, restaurant staff, bar staff, occasional tips were a nice reward. 5, 10, and 20 dinar notes easy to acquire for this and note these are quite low value notes. Come to Tunisia and try one of the One Resorts!
Nejlepší dovolená v Tunisku. Jezdíme celkem pravidelně a máme za sebou několik hotelů a tento byl za nás opravdu TOP. Nenašli jsme žádné negatíva
Krásný hotel, vše nové, čisté a voňavé. Pláž a moře přímo u hotelu, dostatek lehátek a slunečníků. Pohodová dovolená jak má být!
I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and the accommodation at one premium resort with the family the food was excellent also the staff and mainly the cleaners who looked after our room I still remembered her name is Radia she was very helpful ,polite and professional. I would like to come again as I enjoyed my holiday with the family
Another great stay at this hotel. If you’re looking for a relaxed, quiet break, this is for you. Beautiful rooms and facilities, all very clean and well maintained. Private beach and a selection of pools. Great selection of freshly cooked food, including local dishes, from a variety of restaurants. If you’ve been and ‘can’t find anything to eat’ it says more about your taste in food than about what the hotel offers. Fabulous staff who can’t do enough for you. Little daytime or evening entertainment, which you can easily avoid if it’s not your thing - although the live music and themed events are well worth seeing. In-house entertainment is outdated and poor. I come here to relax and it never disappoints. It’s a ‘grown up’ hotel, for people who like real food, don’t need to be entertained and want clean, quiet, sophisticated surroundings.
