Shalimar

I was very disappointed with my stay. The water was unavailable for the entire day, so I was unable to take a shower. I also requested two towels, but after waiting more than 30 minutes in my room, only one towel was delivered. The service was slow, and this experience did not meet my expectations. However, I would like to thank the reception staff for being polite, friendly, and doing their best to assist despite the situation. I hope the hotel improves its maintenance and service in the future.

Nice clean, double room. Food was not too bad, could usually find something that was okay, but not much variety - it all seemed to revolve around stewed vegetables, chicken with a different name but tasted the same! Staff were very helpful and friendly and couldn’t fault them. Drinks were not great. Wine was okay but cocktails were not good at all. Pool was nice. Entertainment was samey each night with an over enthusiastic dj!! A lot of time given to entertaining the children of which there were many and didn’t seem to go to bed…😂 Five minutes walk to the beautiful beach. Good value for money.

Lovely friendly staff at reception and animation staff! Truly attentive and helpful, making sure everyone is included and having a good time. Food has a good variety, something for everyone and cooked well. Waiting staff need to not consistently ask for tips. But 100% value for money!

The room is good but the cleaners the don’t change the bed. The location is good because the beach. The atmosphere could be better. The food needs to be better and don’t think it’s that hygienic.

rooms are standard and not over whelming they are cleaned every day. The bar opens until 10-am to midnight. If you are a fussy eater i suggest going out to eat because there’s not many options. There’s a big tv in reception to watch football on. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the beach and a 10 min taxi from the town. The kids mini disco is on for an hour and they all love it 8:30 then the adults party and games start and finishes at 12 after the noise level gets turned down after. You can book activities such as quad biking, boat trips ext. The animation team are an amazing team that work so hard all day and night to keep us entertained with aqua gym, water polo, volleyball, yoga in the morning, foam party’s, tombola, bingo, and so many more (they are the best part of the hotel) but there boss makes them move rooms during the day and treats them like there a nobody making them sleep in rooms without doors and no showers. They look like prison cells!!! which is disrespectful to the people who make the hotel an exciting experience Most of the team have left because of this and the others are planning to leave. This has made the atmosphere and animation team feel so low but yet they still walk around with smiles on there faces and put so much effort into there work We paid around £700 each for 10 nights all inclusive through love holidays
