Shalimar

We had a best crew for animations. They were funny and helpful. I love especially Skizo - guy is my favorite person.

Could not fault the hotel in cleanliness and the food was great and entertainment. I was travelling with a female friend and we noticed the waiters were taking drinks to other guests in exchange for money. We didn’t take any cash so this one waiter who kept bringing us drinks we asked if he smoked so we bought him some cigarettes maybe a bit naive of us but after that it was awful the drinks then got a lot stronger that I did not drink anymore spirits it seemed to go round the other waiters including those at the restaurant who were then also extra attentive it just felt very uncomfortable. We went for 5 days and the day before we were due to leave we were both unwell my friend was worse. We didn’t eat the same so wondered if we’d picked up a bug. The staff do not speak much English and we did not get the same information as those speaking French or Arabic. Not sure we would go back to Tunisia think our treatment I don’t like to say it would be better if we’d been with a man. Entertainment was fantastic and they worked very hard. The rooms were basic but clean.

I likes the hotel because of the animators they are super actif and most of them For real hannibal

On arrival at reception we were told by a very aggressive receptionist who told us are rooms weren't ready I asked if our rooms could be near us they said yes to then put my friend in a room outside the main building were I was . Anyway she wasn't there long as the room was disgusting mould on the walls and it was dirty they then brought her back to reception and gave her a room next door to mine so it wasn't a good start Our rooms weren't to bad we had clean towels and bed change each day . There were 6 lifeguards around the Poole or should I say supposed to be half the time they were in the other pool messing about on loiloes the Poole was always busy and should of been mand when the oole was open there were many children . Food was very repetitive same all the time the food ws never hot tge table cloths were disgusting no cutlery had to search round or keep asking in the end you ate with your fingers same with a drink had to beg for a drink.we went up the road to get food . Animation team were repetitive also if you were there for 2 weeks you saw the same again we were there 20 days we there tryed there best unfortunately they have a manager thats sits on his ass all day does nothing they have no leadership SALMA she was outstanding always acknowledged you and had a chat she was the only one and they also have a quick turn over of staff in the Animation team. Endless to say will never set foot in this hotel again they are not a 4 star not even a 1 .
