We have been staying at the hotel for 5 days now and we love this hotel. The food and drinks are exceptional but the service from the staff is amazing. We just ate in the Tam Restaurant for lunch and the waitresses Nazire and Hatice could not have been nicer or more attentive. Excellent service. Thanks guys!!!

Last September we watched the hotel being built whilst staying at the Anda Barut and as the hotel had only been open two months we were expecting a few issues but had none. Beautiful high end hotel decorated and furnished accordingly. The site is big enough to enjoy a good walk. Two of the restaurants were away from the main building and we enjoyed a leisurely stroll to and from. although the buggy’s run all day if you don’t want to walk. There are lots of steps and three outdoor escalators. Although a decent sized hotel nowhere was overcrowded or too busy, lots of sunbeds throughout the day. Rooms - lovely and modern and spacious Alacarte restaurants- had no trouble booking with guest relations. We tried 3 on an evening Salkim, incur and the Turkish. I didn’t enjoy the Turkish, there was a language barrier with our young waiter. Served about 12 appetisers such as hummus, olive oil but no bread to eat them with. The other two were excellent and some dishes gave a fine dining experience, staff were great here too. We had lunch several times at Salkim, Incir and Livar again all excellent. They offered a wide variety such as rib burgers, pizzas, fish, pasta, wraps. Incir and Livar had a small buffet area where you could also help yourself to salad or fruit. Main restaurant, Arasta was also very good. Big shout out to our favourite waiter,DIYAR. He looked after us throughout our stay, he built up a good rapport with all of his guests. He was always happy, quick to clear tables, get drinks etc. He works extremely hard and is a credit to the hotel. All the staff we came across were great, friendly and helpful. Drinks -QR codes worked great and never waited long for drinks even if you went to the bar. Some of the staff took some real care and attention when preparing drinks. The coffee shop was a bit of a disappointment, lovely furniture etc but we didn’t particularly enjoy any of the drinks we tried and were very ordinary. They need to go over to Anda Barut as theirs were fab. The milkshakes in Anda Barut were thick and creamy and had cream on top here were just thin flavoured milk. Coffees were not hot. Hot chocolate was poor too. The cabana type beds in the adults area were free to use and great. Entertainment- I think the hotel is still finding its way with the entertainment to see what works best and give them credit for this. There is a resident entertainment team of dancers who have shows a few times a week then live bands on other days. The live bands improved in our second week. I think they realised the 1.5 hour slot was too long and was reduced as the week went on, they were also trying different bands. There is also a resident DJ who has a few slots throughout the day and night. Thankfully they have not gone down the route of entertainment we have had in other hotels with jugglers etc. New concept hotel - it was clear they are trying a new concept of hotel. There were a variety of different things to join in with. We had a look round the arts and culture village where you can paint, do pottery, learn to dance etc although look a bit under used at present. Also a few different sports activities. We looked round the spa and indoor pool area and were beautiful, lots included in your stay. There were mixologist sessions and wine tasting sessions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return but I have already looked at the prices for next year and have nearly doubled in price to what I paid this year and would not consider those prices. We have stayed in quite a few Akra/Barut hotel and this the best of them all so well done Akra.

We stayed at this hotel as a family from May 2nd to May 8th after visiting Istanbul, and from the moment we arrived, we were impressed. The staff were incredibly respectful, friendly, and always willing to help, which made us feel very welcome. Everything was beautifully maintained, especially the adults-only area. Although my children were not allowed there because of the age restriction, I was amazed by how lovely and relaxing the space looked. The spa area also looked beautiful, with a great variety of facilities. The only small disappointment was the beach setup. The adults’ section had sandy areas, while the family/kids’ section was mostly pebbles and stones. Since children usually enjoy playing in the sand, I felt it would make more sense the other way around. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and created lovely family memories. Thank you to everyone who made our holiday so enjoyable.
