Anda Barut Collection

We stayed for 1 week at the end of April as a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children). We arrived late afternoon on a Saturday, check in was pretty smooth. Our room was in B block (the family area) , I hadn’t really paid attention when the concierge was directing us to our room and paid the price when we got lost later that evening as you can only access with a certain lift in each block. Staff were on hand to assist though. Room 1322 was a lovely room it was set up with a cot and fold up bed but we had the cot removed as it was not needed. Plenty of space and storage in the room. Hairdryer and straighteners were brilliant! I am super fussy having long thick hair and they were great! Buffet restaurant Evening - Chaos! The full buffet area was not open at the start of the stay so the queuing system blocked access to food areas but by the end of the holiday the full section was open this was slightly better as there became room to queue at stations. On both occasions some of the food served was lukewarm but there was plenty of freshly made food available by the end of the stay when the full stations were open so that wouldn’t be an issue in season. Breakfast- chaos! There is no clear signs of where the adults only sections were so we found a lot of groups of adults sitting in the kids area or family area, now that may be preferred because it’s closer but clear signage may have allowed families to have more available tables. Good choice at breakfast, really enjoyed the omelettes! Lunch- we ate at the Italian most days and the food was great at the start but by the end it was bland, I think there was a change to the chef. None of us were overly bothered as it’s a lovely setting and there is a little park for the kids to play so it was just a nice vibe. We ate at the fish restaurant and that was disappointing, there was no kids menu and the service was pretty poor. More suitable for older children I would say Al cartes We don’t enjoy eating at a buffet anyway as we find it hard work and not sociable when eating with young children. Because of the 3 day booking system we could not get in any al carte, on our first day we both accessed the app to book one and my app crashed and my husband couldn’t get anything so that would of meant we would be eating at the buffet for most the holiday. We made a complaint with guest relations and they were very good at addressing our concerns, we managed to get al carte most nights and the Italian had opened at this point which meant that was always an option in an evening and that’s walk in only. Both the Turkish and Asian were excellent! The adventure park - didn’t really make sense why the rides were only open 3-5pm. In other hotels we’ve stayed they open in an evening also. Whether it’s a staffing issue and they do open late in season I don’t know but it lacked entertainment for kids at night. Water park was great! Didn’t make sense why only 2 of the areas were heated as the middle splash zone was freezing! But I guess in summer that wouldn’t matter anyway. The flooring is grit like and it’s horrible around the water park area so take swim shoes. Entertainment was awful/ non existent. Mini disco was in the kids club now the staff there were great and the kids had fun playing in the climbing frame but after that there was nothing. The first night was a band and then after that it was either a DJ or nothing. The kids were running around having fun in the lobby area which was plenty big enough and ordinarily I would have not allowed mine to do that however there was literally nothing for them to do. I enjoyed the hotel but I felt entertainment let it down. We’ve stayed at other hotels earlier in the year and even though it’s out of season there has been more of an entertainment offering. I would return to the hotel in the future it would be a bonus if there was an entertainment offering but we did have a great holiday.

Really enjoyed my stay at Anda Barut. The food at the restaurants were good, especially for an all inclusive. The service was great especially at the lobby bar, I’d like to call out Kübra who looked after us each evening and was very hospitable. Thank you!

We had an excellent overall experience at Anda Barut Hotel, and one of the absolute highlights of our stay was the dinner at Kara Restaurant. The food was outstanding — every dish we tasted was delicious, fresh, and full of authentic Turkish flavors. What made the evening truly special, however, was the exceptional service from our waiter, Ferit. He was incredibly helpful and pleasant, taking the time to explain the dishes and recommendations in a warm and professional way. Thanks to Ferit, we felt like we experienced genuine Turkish hospitality and culture, not just a dinner. His positive attitude and attentiveness created a memorable atmosphere and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. A big thank you to Ferit and the Kara Restaurant team for such a wonderful evening. We will remember it very fondly. By the way, I really liked the perfume Ferit was wearing, which when asked about, I received it as a present - legendary!

Just returned from a 10 night stay at the Anda Barut for my partner’s 60th birthday, we were a party of six. We all had a great time and I would 100% recommend this hotel . All the staff we encountered were very friendly and did a great job in particular a young lady by the name of Kubra who worked in the lobby bar who was excellent at her job, how she managed to carry so many drinks on a tray is beyond me. Thank you all, hope to visit again soon .
