This was our 2nd visit to this stunning hotel, this time without kids so stayed in the adult side. The hotel is immaculate! The staff are always cleaning, even when it seems there is nothing to clean haha. I never seen a spilled drink or a speck of dirt the whole week we were there. Last time we were here we didn't get to try the patisserie but this time we were regulars! The cakes, pastries and open sandwiches are a work of art! Everything we tried was utterly delicious. Staff are amazing and so friendly, they never pass you without saying hello with a smile. Big shout out to Omer who kept us hydrated with cocktails round the pool and to Hamdi in the lobby bar who was so attentive and friendly and looked after us so well. My only niggle was with the app to book the al a carte restaurants. It took until our final day to get a booking and that was with my finger hovering over the booking button at 9.55am every morning. Eventually we got in via the waitlist. Our booking was for Tiger and what a stunnung meal we had. Hats off to the chef because the food was amazing! Recommend the spicy beef tenderloin and the macha and pistachio souffle, I will think about this meal forever or at least until I return! Outstanding! I am a Barut girl for life now. Service, atmosphere, cleanliness, friendliness and just overall amazing food and cocktails are unmatched at any other hotel we've visited. Can't wait to return!

We stayed for seven nights on a last-minute trip with our two children (6 and 9) and were very happy with our choice. The hotel is beautifully presented and impressively clean, with airy double-height spaces and clean wooden lines. We visited during the final week of the Easter school holidays. Hotel reception said it was a 30–35% occupancy, which we found preferable. There were always loungers and sofas, and no problems with drinks at the buffet, as reported on some reviews. We were impressed with the number of slides at the waterpark, given that it was for the hotel use only. The dodgems were a highlight for our eldest and he spent most of their opening time on them. The water park was heated, but not the mini one, which was difficult even for me to use because the jets were so strong, and cold! Some of the main pools were also heated to a comfortable temperature, while the unheated pools were too cold to use. Food was very good for an all-inclusive. The buffet was well prepared and presented, with attentive staff keeping everything orderly. The à la carte restaurants (three were open during our stay) were a highlight, with standards comparable to a standalone restaurant. Bookings are limited, so it is worth setting a reminder to book on the App. I peeped at the clipboard and counted only twelve bookings for Tiger on one evening. The patisserie filled the gaps between meals. There are no physical menus. Everything is accessed via QR code, so a phone is needed. Staff were consistently warm and helpful across the bar, pool, buffet, restaurants and animation team. The pool areas were kept clean and tidy by a diligent team. There were many many lovely people, I couldn’t name them all - Remziye, Omar (on skates!) and the waiter with the smart moustache at Kara were just a few! We only used the kids’ club once for the younger child who is never keen. I didn’t get to speak to the two staff members there, they were busy face painting, so I had no idea what he got up to — and he, as usual, reported “nothing”. It seemed a safe and secure space. We stayed in Block D on the first floor and needed to use lifts, as stairs were emergency access only, which was a shame. The hotel app could be improved, with some incorrect activity times and no menus available. The WhatsApp was great to clarify. There was half an hour of morning yoga and afternoon Pilates, but when held outdoors there was no signage, so it is worth checking outside. The beach is clean but relatively small, and swim shoes are advisable. Overall, this is an excellent AI hotel and we would happily return, as well as try others in the same chain.

This stay was more than just a holiday – it was an experience we will remember. Our son had the best time at the kids club. Omer, Nur, Elif, Fatma and Ozge made every day special for him with their energy, kindness and creativity. The spa was a true moment of reconnection. The Balinese therapist (name like Duma/Dumia) has magical hands and incredible attention to detail, and Zehra’s facial treatments were simply amazing – you feel the care in every touch. The yoga sessions with Asli were something special. She takes you on a beautiful inner journey, and afterwards you feel lighter, calmer and fully at peace. We leave this place with beautiful memories and a deep sense of gratitude. We will definitely return.

I had a great stay at the hotel the food is good and had a nice variety. The animation team were great in making sure we had fun and felt included I have to say special thanks to Cagdas, Emir, Omer. During the meals all of the waiters were so nice especially. Husnu overall I had a great time and id recommend it again.

What made our stay especially memorable, though, was the incredible kids club — and most of all, Nur. She is an absolute gem. Warm, attentive, and genuinely engaging, Nur has a rare ability to connect with children in a way that feels both nurturing and inspiring. Our kids were completely captivated — excited to go each day, and full of stories, creativity, and joy when they returned. It’s clear that she doesn’t just supervise; she creates meaningful experiences that make children feel seen, confident, and happy. As a parent, that level of trust and care is everything. It allowed us to truly relax, knowing our children were not only safe, but thriving and having the time of their lives. Bary Star at AndaBaru has mastered the balance of luxury and family in a way that feels effortless — and Nur is a huge part of what makes it so special. We’ll absolutely be back, and our children are already asking when they can see her again.
