
I am writing whilst still a guest at Anda Barut. We have stayed at Lara, Accanthus Cennet, Hemera and Kemer ( before it changed to Akra, and also since ) and every hotel has far more attentive staff in the main buffet. I am writing this from a background of 30+ years in a customer first focus in hospitality. We have waited at least 15-20 mins for a coffee at breakfast, each meal we have had to try to catch the attention of waiters for drinks and refills, and also used plates are not cleared away. It seems the staff have been instructed to ensure empty tables are cleared and cleaned before looking after guests. This happens every time.....not an isolated incident. They don't seem to anticipate or show much initiative. Customer service should be a priority, not ignoring diners. Anda staff could learn a lot from the waiters at Hemera where we visited in April 2026. We could not fault them. I will do a detailed review when I return home. There are many wonderful aspects to Anda. The hotel is stunning and the facilities are definitely 5* but unfortunately it is being let down by the waiting staff mainly in the buffet. I hope this constructive information is read by management, and is of help, thank you!

This is our second time at Anda Barut Collection, and we love it even more! The Mini Club is amazing, and the children always have fun. Special thanks to Shynar, Zhanna, and Nastya for their kindness, energy, and care. You made our holiday unforgettable! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Such a beautiful hotel and location utterly spoilt by the à la carte restaurant fiasco. And before any says speak to Client relations to sort THEY CANT HELP!
This was our third visit to the hotel, and once again we had a wonderful holiday. The resort remains beautiful and the staff work incredibly hard. A special mention must go to the Kids Club team. Lansu, Zhanna, Anastasia, Nur and Shaman were all absolutely fantastic. They made my son feel so welcome during the activities he attended. In fact, he enjoyed it so much that he told us he didn't want us to stay with him! Thank you all for making his holiday so special. Another huge thank you goes to Omar, who was on skates around the main pool. He is amazing and works tirelessly all day, always making sure we had a cold drink. He is a real credit to the hotel. The barman, Mehmet, at the pool bar was also such a lovely person and always greeted us with a smile. The entertainment team were excellent too. A special thank you to one team member in particular, Chadash who spent time playing darts with my son – he absolutely loved it. Your kindness and enthusiasm did not go unnoticed. Emir was also great. I'd also like to recognise some of the staff in the main restaurant. Unfortunately, I can't remember all of your names, but your hard work and friendly service were greatly appreciated throughout our stay. The Boho Party was a fantastic addition and adds to the music and entertainment vibe that many of the other Turkey hotels offer. There were, however, a couple of disappointments. We stayed for 11 nights and were only able to secure one à la carte restaurant reservation. The hotel advertises unlimited à la carte dining, but in reality this was not our experience. We were unable to eat at either Cibes or Tiger even once during our stay. We were also disappointed to see that most of the arcade games now cost $3 per play. This wasn't the case during our previous visits and felt like an unnecessary extra charge. Another change we noticed was the late-night food offering. Previously, Cibes provided a great late-night dining option, especially useful after arriving on a late flight. Now there is only a very limited selection available in the main buffet, which isn't ideal. For the prices this hotel commands, I would expect a stronger food offering and better access to the advertised à la carte restaurants. That said, we still had a fantastic holiday overall and would like to thank all of the wonderful staff who helped make our stay so enjoyable. To summarise as a comparable I have stayed in Voyage Belek, Ethno, Maxx Royal Belek, Liberty Fabey, Barut Side.
