I was a little uncertain having read some bad reviews but I needn't have. With one gripe it was a very positive experience and we all enjoyed out week here. The hotel is spread out on a large site. There is lots of grass and trees. There are hundreds of crickets which are rather noisy. But the location is very peaceful with wonderful views of the Aegean Sea. Pool The pool is a pretty uniform depth and a reasonable size. I enjoyed having an early morning swim with the pool to myself. The pool was very warm. The slides were good fun. There is a life guard on duty so it feels very safe. There seemed to be enough sunbeds and there was plenty of shade if you wanted it. Bars We used the Beach Bar and the Pool bar. I have found the staff to be really friendly. Their English was good enough to understand what you wanted. The beer was excellent. I didn't have the cocktails but the rest of my party assured me they were gone. You can help yourself to tea and coffee. There is a fridge near the pool bar where you can get small cups of cold water whenever you wanted. I thought the whiskey was good and the gin and tonics were very nice. Sometimes you had to queue a while but that was usually because people were ordering multiple drinks. Food The food was definitely aimed at Turkish people - and since we were in Turkey this was great. The bread on offer was really delicious. Breakfast was fruit, cheese, cold meat, omelets, hard boiled eggs, salad stuff, fried bread sprinkled with sugar. The butter was disappointing in flavour but that is a minor issue. Lunch and dinner were similar. There was some very good fish every day. There was lamb cooked with tomatoes or aubergines. It was very tender. Lots of turkey and chicken. In the evening something was always freshly grilled. I really enjoyed the rice and there were some delicious flat breads stuffed with potato or spinach. The puddings were mostly syrupy cakes and fruit. I thought the food was good quality and well cooked. Animation The animation team were very friendly but didn't force people to take part. There were darts games, water polo in the afternoon, aqua gym etc etc. There was the usual mini-disco. From what I could see the team were very good with the children and happy to play with them. Room We had two rooms that were attached to each other so only one front door. Our room had a normal key and the lock seemed flimsy. Other rooms seemed to have key cards. Maybe the rooms we had are awaiting refurbishment. The beds were very comfortable. The bed in our room was a super king. There were enough pillows. The air-conditioning was very efficient. There was enough toiletries in terms of soap, shower gel and shampoo. The room had a fridge and a kettle. Small bottles of water were replaced every day in the fridge. The balcony had a drying rack and was a reasonable size. Towels were changed daily and were of a good size. This is where I have my major gripe. The bathroom was not a 4 star bathroom. We had two basins but neither had a plug. There was no shower curtain or obvious shower tray and so the floor got very wet. The temperature and flow of the water was good. The worst thing was that our bathroom had no ventilation and smelt awful. If we left the door open and the balcony door open the smell would diminish but it always returned. It wasn't a sewage smell but it wasn't pleasant. I also don't think the toilet was cleaned properly. There were stains that remained the whole week. It needed a healthy dose of bleach. The bathroom attached to the bedroom my son had was not so bad. We would definitely recommend a stay here. Thank you to all the hard working stay that made our stay so lovely.

We just recently returned from this hotel, and already want to go there again. Friendly staff, cozy rooms with large balconies, beautiful trees, palm trees, delicious and varied food, drinks for every taste, a large pool. We liked everything. But, the main thing we went for was the clean, azure warm sea. There is a sandy beach with clear water near the hotel, and you can also walk on the beach nearby, where there is a fabulously beautiful lagoon with clear water and incredible views. Now we always want to return to this hotel for those views and excellent service.
Hotel not for the English. people all Turkish. Food wasn't great. cold the only time you got hot was when it was cooked in front of you at dinner time. rooms basic but the bathroom wasn't great dirty shower and screen. Would I recommend this hotel no I wouldn't if you are English other than that we had a good time entertaining ourselves cos all the entertainment was in Turkish. some of the staff need a lesson in smiling 😊 not all the staff were miserable. pool was nice and clean but the rest needed a good jet wash and cleaner beds.
IF YOU ARE A WOMAN TRAVELING ALONE, WITH FAMILY, OR WITH FEMALE FRIENDS, PLEASE READ THIS. DO NOT STAY HERE. From the very first 15 minutes of my stay I was met with open disrespect. At the alcohol buffet a short brunette staff member named "Ali" scolded me in front of other guests and slammed the ice bucket lid right in front of me. Later, when I asked for a second drink he even snapped at me saying “didn’t I just give you one?”completely rude and humiliating. I later learned that because he is reprimanded for alcohol usage at the end of the day, he tries to minimize serving it by humiliating customers. This is unacceptable. I avoided going back to the bar for the rest of my stay because of this incident. And this is supposed to be an “ultra all-inclusive” hotel... I wouldn't even give it 2 stars... That same night I asked another young male staff member for directions to my room. It was dark I was alone and instead of being kind and helpful he spoke to me in a rude and intimidating way. Walking down that path with him made me feel unsafe and anxious. At no point during my stay did I feel comfortable being alone in this hotel. As a woman, I cannot recommend this place. You can literally be scolded by staff just for ordering a drink. This is unacceptable. On top of that, the animation team was also unprofessional (with the exception of Zayn and Nisa, who were genuinely kind and respectful). The food was repetitive and disappointing, just undercooked chicken and bland fish almost every day, accompanied with too many flies ofc. The condition of the facilities was just as bad: most sunbeds were broken and unless you wake up very very early, you won’t even find empty spaces. The blankets provided in the rooms were stained and felt unhygienic completely unacceptable for a hotel at this level. Overall the hotel was overbooked, disrespectful, unhygienic, repetitive, scolding, dirty pool, not enough parking space, sewage sewage-stinking rooms. I will never return to this hotel, and I strongly advise others ----especially women---- to avoid it. I would too, if I had checked tripadvisor before :)
