Please don’t waste your money or ruin your holiday by staying here. The facilities are extremely basic—when I say basic, I really mean very basic. Unfortunately, hygiene and cleanliness were major concerns. The areas we saw were dirty, unclean and had unpleasant smells. The overall standard of cleanliness was far below what I would expect from a hotel. Some of the staff were miserable and appeared to have very little knowledge or experience when it came to serving guests. The lady at reception was particularly rude. When we arrived, we were kept waiting for nearly one hour at reception while they sorted out our room. If you are travelling with children or young kids, I would not recommend this place. There is no lift/elevator, and the hotel is an old-style two- to three-storey building. The facilities are not suitable or convenient for families with young children. I also found some of the five-star reviews difficult to understand, as they do not reflect our experience at all. I cannot comment on who wrote them, but I would strongly recommend reading a wide range of reviews before making a booking. Based on my personal experience, particularly regarding hygiene, cleanliness, facilities and staff attitude, I would rate this hotel around 2–3 stars, certainly not five stars. In my honest opinion, the hygiene and cleanliness standards need serious attention, and I believe the property should be inspected by the relevant local authorities to ensure that appropriate hygiene and safety standards are being maintained. This review is based entirely on my personal experience, and unfortunately, it was extremely disappointing.

I really enjoyed the crews happiness and i really liked the variations of food. they had many options and i appreciate the effort they put in . the slides are so good! 10/10

We just recently returned from this hotel, and already want to go there again. Friendly staff, cozy rooms with large balconies, beautiful trees, palm trees, delicious and varied food, drinks for every taste, a large pool. We liked everything. But, the main thing we went for was the clean, azure warm sea. There is a sandy beach with clear water near the hotel, and you can also walk on the beach nearby, where there is a fabulously beautiful lagoon with clear water and incredible views. Now we always want to return to this hotel for those views and excellent service.

Hotel not for the English. people all Turkish. Food wasn't great. cold the only time you got hot was when it was cooked in front of you at dinner time. rooms basic but the bathroom wasn't great dirty shower and screen. Would I recommend this hotel no I wouldn't if you are English other than that we had a good time entertaining ourselves cos all the entertainment was in Turkish. some of the staff need a lesson in smiling 😊 not all the staff were miserable. pool was nice and clean but the rest needed a good jet wash and cleaner beds.
