Amazing hotel! Me and my fiancé have been before and have booked to go again in October. We arrived on the 18th which was 1 day after they opened. We already knew that the hotel would be quiet it's expected in April but to our surprise we were 2 of 6 people on the complex and the staff could not do enough for us we literally didn't lift a finger it was amazing! The food dropped off alittle as the hotel got busier we assume the reason being quality sacrifice for volume and speed which was a shame. Room perfect as always the house keepers always do a fantastic job, tiny issues as expected. (Socket stuck to the wall but no plug) After finding out that we had no entertainment for the first week we were a little disappointed, however it did not stop the animation team from entertaining us we had quiz nights plenty of karaoke and all round amazing fun. As the hotel grew busier we did see a few live shows toward the end of our stay which was a lovely touch. Now the Animation team I cannot thank enough for how amazing they were honestly even when the hotel got busier they still found the time to come sit and have a chat and a good giggle and grow friendships I did not think I would make! I do want to give a personal shout out to a select few of them, Masha who runs the kids club is such a hard worker she is not only a wonderful person to know and talk to but she is genuinely passionate about her job which is amazing. We do not have kids but I saw how she was with them and they love her the kids club also looks great plenty of activities and fun things for them to enjoy, the kids disco on the evening was just as fun for us as we found ourselves dancing along every night made our evenings that more fun. DJ was amazing always set the vibes knew when to play calm music and knew when to bring the beats he deserves a full show just him and his decks, not your normal click and go DJ this guy knows how to blend beats so you fully enjoy the music. He is also an all round lovely guy me and my fiancé spent alot of time with chatting and laughing, my fiancé is not bestie with him. Icardi I dont even know where to start... this man from the second he wakes up to the second he goes to bed has enough energy to launch a rocket into space he is always trying to get you involved and keeping you smiling even if you have a hangover great energy (small staute big vibes), you will also be given a nickname that will then be used the whole trip we loved ours. Also big shout out to the entertainment manager Umut. He has been there everytime we've been and it was great to see he was promoted to a position he deserves. Last but not least the man who fuelled our trip Mr barman himself Eray there is no better barman honestly amazing drinks and great service again besties with my Fiancé again. For all the staff the staff who know much love Kevin and Harry Potter. Already looking forward to October.

Great hotel with everything on your doorstep plus good food breakfast hit and miss but varied theme nights so plenty of choice . Entertainment good and even better icardi will look after your really great guy . Plenty of sun beds so no early rising and above all complex always immaculate and clean and also big shout out for sukhma in bar always attentive with a smile so great experience.

A well located hotel within an easy stroll of the beach and amenities. Room was a good size with a comfortable bed and kept very clean by our hardworking maid. The staff are simply delightful - friendly, helpful and keen to please. Seda, Mohammet, Ramazan, Masha and Icardi were especially lovely but that's just singling out those people we connected with. The food is excellent with plenty of choice and heavy on local cuisine, as we think food should be. It was not often replenished and plates were cold. There was a nip point in the restaurant which meant staff, food, customers and washing up all converged which made navigation tricky. The service was great. Whilst we are not really pool people, the pools were spotless and inviting but rather spoiled by the incessant, loud music. The Quiet Pool was unheated and really unusable due to nearby construction noise, which was a constant irritant. This was highly intrusive and very noisy, continuing all day into early evening, 6 days a week. This is not the hotel's fault but be aware that it is far from peaceful in this area. The pool bar and eating area did not have a smoke free zone and this needs to be addressed, otherwise we had a pleasant stay and would recommend. Read less
