☀️☀️ Our first family holiday abroad, we were there for 10 days, and we will most definitely be back ☀️☀️ 🏨STAFF & HOSPITALITY Firstly, I’d like to say how welcoming each and every member of staff has been throughout our stay! From the moment you arrive, to the waiters, bar staff and entertainment team, everyone has been pleasant, friendly and lovely to speak to. The security were also brilliant at the hotel. A special mention to – Masha, Kerly, Oreana, Citra, Seda, Kyrie, Ibrahim and Umut Süer & Muhammet ❤️ They’re an absolute credit to the hotel! 🍽️ FOOD & DRINK The food was absolutely amazing, different food every night, Pool bar / snack bar - there are light bites available, including burgers, homemade pizza, pasta, salad, chips and chicken tenders and a lot more – perfect if you fancy something easy-going around the pool. Food was amazing Evening meals - There’s plenty to choose from inside and outside - there is something for different tastes. Desserts & fruit: Loads of puddings and fresh fruit to choose from, which is always a bonus! Our daughter loved the ice cream 🥺😂 🎤 ENTERTAINMENT There’s a good variety, and it’s brilliant fun to get involved! Whether you want to sit back and watch or join in, there’s something to keep you entertained throughout your stay. Our daughter loved the kids disco they put on every night. 🛏️ Room We were shown to our room, it was so spacious for a family of 3. They did put a travel cot out for our daughter but she preferred to sleep on the sofa bed which was absolutely fine as we knew she was comfortable. Our room was absolutely lovely, with balcony. Our room was so spotless, was cleaned every day, fresh towels/pool towels. Our mini bar was stocked up everyday also. The facilities are handy, and there’s enough wardrobe space for your holiday clothes. 🏊 POOL AREA / KIDS CLUB The pool area was clean around the main pool and kids pool. Our daughter loved both pools. Everything was kept tidy. We took our daughter to the kids club, she absolutely loved it there, she enjoyed the soft play, painting and watching Disney films that they put on for the children. Everything was kept clean and tidy. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you again for all being amazing and so welcoming from start to finish.

Stayed here for 10 day with my son and Family and wow what an amazing experience the staff go above and beyond for everyone, first holiday for me and my son and we loved it so much, all the staff were friendly and the activity staff were amazing!! The kids club was so welcoming my son loved it so much!! So many activity’s to do by the pool, honestly can’t fault this hotel!! Will definitely be retuning ❤️

Just back from a weeks stay at this beautiful hotel. We had a lovely relaxing time, the room was great, cleaned every day and given fresh towels every day by the lovely, smiley Ayse. All the staff here are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. The food was good too, always something to choose from. I would also recommend visiting the A la Carte restaurant which is within the hotel. We had a fantastic meal there and the staff were very attentive. The location is excellent, just a stroll away from shops, bars and the beach where you don't have to pay for your sunbed. This was our first time in Turkey and I think we definitely picked the best hotel. We will certainly be coming back 😊

Everything was perfect unless a very heavy sound of show music at the pool

When we arrived we were allocated a room right next to the noisy bars when we paid for a superior room and also requested a quiet room. We were then showed another room overlooking ventilation units which we had to spend a night until we complained further and was then given another room. On one of days are room was not cleaned and on another no fresh bath towels were provided. Food was ok but the quality of meat was quite poor and more effort needs to be made for breakfasts. Animation staff work hard but more effort is required from staff in the restaurant. This hotel is more of a 3.5 star would not return again. People who give this 5 stars must have sun stroke!
