Lovely hotel with great service and branded drinks. WIFI good and beach lovely and peaceful at time of visit.Would return if price was right for me as a solo traveller

From the moment we arrived the staff couldn’t do enough for you. This was one of main reasons why we enjoyed it so much. Honestly we could mention everyone but special mention to night manager and Tanya reception at the spa, We had room 2004 which didn’t have a view. We still had a table and chairs like the other rooms and probably more space outside as it was on -1 floor, I know some didn’t like it but we found it easy to access the pool, gym and spa. The layout of the hotel was excellent, loads of seating areas if you wanted a break from the pool area. We never got up really early for sun loungers but there is an issue with beds being taken and left all day, this could be easily fixed by taking the towels away after a hour and making sure towels are not given out with out the pool card. We witnessed folk leaving towels on beds then getting new ones. The lobby bar was great at night with plenty for seating areas and again the staff come round constantly checking with we needed anything. (Atakan & Ugarken) A wonderful hotel with outstanding staff.

Had an 11 night trip with friends, had an excellent experience at Sundia we have been to at least 4 hotels in that area this is the smallest but it has a nice vibe of a close nit team of staff and management who strive to make you welcome and to address any issues . Also the position on the seafront promenade is ideal for walking into town to shops bars and a lovely water taxi ride to Fethiye harbour . The other problem with the larger hotels , fabay , Akra etc is there is nowhere to walk . The food was exceptional and my wife is a fussy eater . The Turkish restaurant was superb as was the rooftop Italian with cracking sea views . Drinks and cocktails were carefully made by the bar staff and bottled cold beer was available.. Special mention to all the lovely staff cleaners through to mehmet the night manager what a lovely guy . But not very good at pool 😜

Just back yesterday after a great break at the sundia ,positive points are firstly the amazing staff and I must name Ataberk and Tansu k at the pool bar who always go the extra mile thankyou ,and Hanife and Cetin Gursoy in the turkish restaurant who looked after us tremendously thankyou, in fact all your staff deserve a mention but to many to name them all. Cleanliness of the hotel is outstanding and the rooms work well ,although never had such a tiny balcony. Now to the reason for the 3 stars THE FOOD ,it was to say the least the worst all inclusive food we've ever had and we are well travelled. Lukewarm no variety beef in sauce ,and chicken in sauce everyday and night ,in 7 night's I never seen any prawns, lamb,steak ,or salmon. Take a leaf out of the BARUT GROUP or jiva beach round the corner who truly are 5 stars .My complaint to guest relations went over her head who kept mentioning monthly meetings and budgets .Last but not least the sunbed situation which needs addressing as a matter of urgency, I witnessed towels lying on beds till after 2pm with no one on them .On conclusion you advertise yourself as 5 stars ,if you sort the food out it possibly could ,but at present it's so lacking. Location is fabulous

This visit was very disappointing. The food not enough meat too many stews and pizza.The food in the snack bar was not as good as previous years. Usual sunbed problem unless you get up super early!!!!! Our room was made into a 3 bed room by squeezing in a single bed which had no headboard. You had to lay on the floor to operate the safe this room also had a single wardrobe just about enough hanging space for two people yet a 3 bedded room.All in all a disappointing stay. Staff are still hard working and friendly. Turkish a la carte meal was very good. Not sure if we will return again.
