Absolutely beautiful hotel room was excellent and very clean, hallways and dining spaces were spotless

We have been to Turkey on many occasions but never on an all inclusive basis. From the moment you arrive at the hotel you are greeted by professional staff, this was a theme during our stay from the team that looked after the pool to the waiting staff everyone was at the top of their game. The room we stayed in had everything we needed and more not that we spent much time in the room. Rooms are cleaned on a daily basis with mini bar topped.up if required. Food is varied and plenty full, I won’t go into too much detail but even the most picky eater would find something There is also a snack bar at poolside open from 12:00hrs serving a variety of burgers pizzas and wraps, I must give a shout out to Umet the night manager, Ali and the team in the main restaurant. Entertainment is on every evening, and I must say it better than most hotels, highlight for me was the beach part starting at 17:00, a fantastic couple of hours with two lads playing the sax and associated drums, has to be seen to enjoyed, another standout artist was 4themusic who had people up and dancing The events team are also worth a mention Mete and Kubra, who keep you entertained one way or the other The hotel is based on the newer part of the prom with access to all Calis and further a field has to offer

This is our 2nd visit to this hotel and each time the service, food and hospitality has been exceptional. The hotel is located on the seafront of Calis beach, offering a pleasant walk along the front which has many local bars, restaurants & shops etc. On your transfer to the hotel you will notice other hotels cannot offer this. The food is extremely good with many options in the main restaurant. They also have 2 à la carte areas (Italian & Turkish). We went to the Italian and found it to be very high quality. Cleanliness is key to the hotel with staff constantly sweeping and cleaning floors. Service in the restaurant is superb with the waiting staff being pleasant and friendly, plates being removed when finished instantly, drinks constantly being refreshed, Around the pool area there are activities (water polo, aquarobics, darts & bowls etc) organised by Mete and Kubra (2 of the most entertaining and friendly people you will meet) who will encourage you to join in but also know when to accept no for an answer. Now to the BUT, which is minimal but needs to be advised to future guests. All rooms are spacious and acceptable being cleaned daily. Care, there are 7 rooms numbers 2001-2007 which are on the lower ground floor. These are dark rooms due to a 15 foot wall being directly outside the back patio door, not allowing any sun to dry towels and swimwear etc. Also they are directly below the restaurant seating area which opens at 7am, so you will experience the scraping of chairs and noise etc. from above. Would I revisit, yes definitely but avoiding rooms 2001-7.

Having enjoyed a 4 night stay last May we returned with friends for a week this time. Once again we really enjoyed our stay. An initial problem with our room allocation was handled really well by reception staff and we moved to another room without any issues. The hotel is kept spotlessly clean, the food and drinks are really nice, service is great and all the staff are fabulous. Special shout out for Mete and Kubra from the animacion team. So much energy and passion for fun. The hotel is currently undergoing some construction work to one side adjacent to block 1 where a new block is being built. It will be interesting to see how this affects the hotel in the future because in it's current guise there doesn't appear to be any room to expand the areas around the pool and bars which at times only just manage to accommodate the current amount of guests. Overall we love this hotel and would definitely like to return again. It sits in a lovely position by the beach and promenade and is a really relaxing and friendly place to stay. All staff from cleaners to management appear to work tirelessly to make your stay special.

We have just returned from our 4th visit to The Sundia and have already booked to go again in October, which I think says a lot! On arrival at reception we were greeted warmly by the reception staff and night manager Umit. I can't praise Umit enough, he goes out of his way to check in on guests and make sure everything is OK constantly We went up to our room and were met with a beautiful display of floral towel art,fruit, a bottle of wine and a card to welcome us back. Such a lovely gesture and was much appreciated. The first morning in the restaurant we were greeted by our old friend Mustafa, who again I can't praise enough, he is SO friendly and attentive. The food in the buffet restaurant, both a la carte restaurants and snack bar were all of a high standard and very tasty. The only slight complaint was that the food in the buffet restaurant became quite repetitive but in saying that there was always so much other choice you could still have a different meal every night. The cocktails 🍸 were delicious 😋 and it was nice to sit in the area by the pool bar with a cocktail to watch the beautiful sunsets. The location of this hotel is superb with the beach sitting opposite it. The whole hotel area was spotlessly clean and the cleaning staff worked their socks off (as did many other members of staff) Big shout out to Mete from the entertainment team, he was funny, welcoming and tried to involve you without being obtrusive or annoying. Ozge was amazing at her stretch classes (which set you up for the day) and Kubra and Ozge brought a lot of fun to the water aerobics and water zumba. There were plenty of activities to be involved in, if you wanted to be e.g water polo, darts, water aerobics, pool and table tennis, but equally there are quiet areas if you just want to relax and read a book. The nightly entertainment was,on the whole, excellent. We particularly enjoyed Emre and 4 the music. The staff at this hotel are amazing and friendly, thanks to Ali, Ugurcan and Esra, who although they never served us always greeted us with a friendly smile. Huge thanks also to Umit, Ruyal and Svetlana who are amazing people and I think the backbone of this hotel. We also thoroughly enjoyed our spa and massage experiences, the massage left you feeling SO relaxed 👌 so special thanks to Tanya and her team. There are too many excellent staff members to name individually but special thanks to the staff already mentioned and also Nergis,Ekin, Ummu, Tansu, Sema, Gamze and Mehmet. We also met so many lovely guests and would like to also thank them all for helping us have such an enjoyable holiday. Roll on October 😄
