Sundia Exclusive by Liberty Fethiye

Back Again to this fabulous Hotel in the middle of Calis Plaga, what a beautiful place to sit and watch the sunset from. Unfortunately, we were given a bad room on the 1st night which we did not accept, and then we were then handed a better room the next day which slightly ruined the start of our holiday. Don't know if this was done by the Hotel or Jet2 but I booked the rooms about 8 months beforehand so expected better. The new room we received was above the show area and although we were fine with it, the noise of the shows might not be for everyone as it finished at 11.00pm. The room was lovely and big with a nice bathroom and was cleaned daily by the cleaning team with bed & towels changed when required. The actual Hotel is immaculate as usual and always super clean and smelling lovely which is a testament to the whole team working in the Hotel from the cleaners through to the bar staff, waitresses and restaurant staff and reception team. The staff are the people who make the Hotel tick and the Lobby Bar team are always smiling and happy when dealing with guests and the waitresses were great at looking after you and keeping you well supplied with refreshments when watching the acts on the stage each night. The restaurant has a good choice of food at each of the sittings and there is always something to eat each time. The staff are brilliant and look after you really well and make sure that you have everything you need. The snack bar downstairs is very good as well if you just need a sandwich, burger, pizza or salad etc there is a great choice to be had. If you get the chance book the Turkish and Italian ala carte restaurants as the food was first class in both places but the Italian has lovely views of the sunsets at nighttime. There are 3 pools to use and there are plenty of sunbeds for everyone, but if you want to get a good space near the front next to the pool you need to be up pretty early in the morning. The pool bar staff work hard just like the lobby team, and the bar is nicely located at the top of the pool area next to a lovely, seated terrace area where you can watch the world go by literally as it is next to the busy Plaga. The entertainment team of Mete and Kubra try hard to get everyone involved during the day at the pool and they are great at keeping everybody's spirits up with some good laughs added in for good measure. The Entertainment at night, during the 14 days we were there was very good and the best nights were Friday and Saturday when it was a young lad singing on the Friday and a band on the Saturday. Overall, the Entertainment team worked hard at these events as the weather made them change a couple of nights due to Thunder/Lightning in the area. Apart from the room problem on arrival at the Hotel, we had a really good holiday, and we will be back again next year fingers crossed.

Overall a really lovely holiday. One of the best hotels we’ve been to. It’s suited us being smaller and quieter. The entertainment team are great - Kuba and Mete, both are also great to just talk to or have a laugh with. The place is spotless - toilets, common areas, rooms, pool, everything!. Food wise the main buffet is nice, a good variety. The à la cartes are good - the Italian in particular is excellent. Good to see branded drinks as part of the package too. All the staff are lovely and helpful. The things we thought could be improved on were: the tv could do with an English entertainment channel or two other than just news; the room bath towels could be softer; and more variety of evening entertainment. For example, a piano bar or somewhere with just easy listening background music that you can still chat over, whereas when the live bands were playing in the stage area it sort of takes over. most of the bands we heard could play very good but the singers not so much unfortunately. One final note on the pillows - some of our group thought they were too soft but others loved them! - apparently there is a pillow menu though… thanks Sundia :)

Excellent ten day at the hotel. Immaculate hotel, staff amazing, good food and the most perfect location. Spoke to lots of people here who have been back multiple times which tells you everything you need to know! We will definitely come back!

Great experience and would highly recommend the Sundia Fethiye! The staff was extremely kind and friendly and make their best effort to give you the best experience! Mete in charge of the entertainment is a great time and makes sure everyone is enjoying themselves!
