TUI SUNEO Costa Mare Suites

Me and my partner stayed here for 7 nights and really enjoyed our stay. We stayed on the quieter side which was perfect for us and spent lots of time by the relax pool which was really lovely and quiet. I would recommend as it was close to the beach, bazaar and a short walk to the shops. It was a good stay for an affordable price. I was a bit worried with the food as I suffer from celiac disease and was unsure if they could accommodate as little reviews on the matter. But the head chef and head waiter were really helpful and were able to provide fresh food that could suit my gluten free diet. I would recommend emailing the hotel to make them aware and speaking to the Tui rep to help you out however i used an allergy card on our first day and they were able to quickly make me some yummy pasta. The food was a bit limited for me as is most places but I had chicken, fish, salad, yoghurt, fruit, cookies, pasta, bread etc. The food is labelled for allergies but the risk of cross contamination is there and sometimes hard to match the dish with the label so would recommend sticking to fresh cooked meals. I just had to let them know what i wanted for my meals that day and it was all good. The staff were super friendly a huge shout out to the waiters and waitressing staff as they were so welcoming and helpful. I wanted to add as-well that our main waiter for our stay Mevlut was absolutely amazing and so kind. He helped me out some days with ordering my food and made sure our drinks were always full ! He deserves the highest praises.

The bar staff were absolutely brilliant, couldn’t of been better, Ümit the barman gave me and my girlfriend lots of laughs over the week we were there and always had a smile on his face, was incredibly hard working and couldn’t of done more for us

I stayed there for a week. It was a wonderful stay surrounded by very friendly people. The room was cleaned every day, spotlessly clean. The food in the restaurant was delicious, and the service was absolutely commendable. Ali and Defne, thank you for your warm welcome, smiles, positive energy, and help with everything I needed. You've made me want to come back again. Thank you.

Had a lovely time.Nevzat and gamze were lovely they were caring and attentive to my mum at breakfast. We had a few issues with room especially the room key card but overall the holiday was good.The food was good in restaurant we mainly went for breakfast as like going out for evening meals
