Great service, especially from uma behind the bar and mevlüt in the restaurant who helped make our holiday extra special

Been here over a week and had a couple unfortunate things happen but there are a few staff members that we owe so many thanks too for making this holiday so much more enjoyable than it would have been if they weren't here. Uncle Hüseyin has been absolutely impeccable hes sorted all the issues we had and more 🤍 Then we have Wanda of the entertainment team shes always jumping around with a smile on her face, you really cant feel down when shes around. Brother Jo from the entertainment team aswell always going around making sure everyone is okay and everyone else from the entertainment staff are absolutely amazing people so so lovely and energetic all the time, G.Turkel from the restaurant shes so lovely and always on the go such amazing service and a gorgeous little lady inside and out. Then we have Ekrem and Büșra from the bar are so good at what they do never had better drinks and such great service In one, Ozzy and the lady's from the spa are so professional and will actually tell you what they felt was wrong after the massage and are so gentle and caring and finally the tui rep Moez is a ball of energy and again so so helpful we cant thank any of them enough they really made this holiday one to remember Id like to add aswell that the jeweler is definitely worth going to see hes got some great deals and always willing to help with anything you need and the man and women from the bag shop too is so friendly and again amazing deals good quality stuff and if you have any problems he wont hesitate to help

Review for SOFIA SPA: This is the best spa is Marmaris!!! My friend and I have both gone in for a full body massage a couple of times because it was so good and relaxing. We left feeling amazing and light as a feather. The staff here are very attentive and deliver on all promises, to be honest I think they go above and beyond! I highly recommend getting yourself booked in for a full body massage, a Turkish bath and a facial (they offer so many services you can’t help but want to try them all (fyi do try them all!!)). Everyone who has been to the spa has not stopped talking about how good everything was and an added bonus is that you get to enjoy the yummiest apple tea once everything is getting prepared for you :). The staff know exactly what they are doing and are the best in the game. If you are not staying at Costa Mare just try sneaking in and booking an appointment anyway, you won’t regret it!! Special shoutout to Ozzy and Neslihen for making this the most relaxing experience ever. I can’t wait to be back! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you !
