TUI SUNEO Costa Mare Suites

Tento hotel mě moc mile překvapil. Měli jsme rodinný pokoj, který byl prostorný, hezký, čistý s výhledem na bazén.Uklízelo se každý den, pokud jste chtěli, ručníky také měnily denně. Jídlo bylo vynikající, každý si vždy vybral to co má rád.Též ovoce a zelenina nechyběla.A doplňovali vždy když viděli, že dochází. Služby a personál byly na jedničku. Personál byl ochotný, usměvavý vždy pomohl... Tady bych chtěla vychválit číšníka jménem Ali jenž se o nás výborně staral. Okolí též krásné, jen k moři trochu dál asi 15 min. Ale hosty vozil hotelový autobus tam i zpět. Hotel můžu jen doporučit, a Marmaris také. Byla to krásná dovolená.

Krásný hotel, velice milý personál obzvlášť číšník Ali, který se velice pěkně o nás staral každý den. Program hotelu byl též každý den zábavný. Byli jsme maximálně spokojeni a tento hotel doporučuji navštívit.

Hotel a pokoje jsou krásné, večerní atmosféra také super každý den nějaká akce, drinky výborné, hlavně co tu mají dokonale je jídlo opravdu výborné tady vaří. Obsluha se o všechny výborné stará. Číšník ALI se o nás celý pobyt výborně staral opravdu tu vše bylo krásně .

A very good hotel. Good location with great food and a very friendly atmosphere to the whole place. There is one member of the hotel team who stands out far above the rest of the staff and this is Gamze, she is so helpful, so attentive, such a pleasant lady who makes the dining experience perfect, dearly missed on her day off! A true asset to this hotel

We have just come home after an amazing 10 night stay, and we had such a lovely holiday. For a 3 star all inclusive hotel, you really get exactly what you expect and in many ways, it exceeded our expectations. The food was excellent, with plenty of choice every day, and the entertainment each evening was brilliant. There was always something going on, and the entertainment team did a fantastic job creating a fun atmosphere for both adults and children. Housekeeping was absolutely fine and kept our room clean throughout our stay. The only thing worth mentioning is that the rooms in one block are definitely more modern and nicer than those in the other block. There are two swimming pools, which we really liked. One is the main pool where all the entertainment and activities take place throughout the day. It has a great atmosphere if you enjoy music, games and being involved, although it can get quite noisy, especially if you have young children. As we were travelling with our 1 year old, we chose to spend of our time at the chill out pool, which was much quieter and more relaxing. It was nice to have the choice depending on what kind of day you wanted. The biggest reason our stay was so special was the incredible staff. A huge thank you to Mulvet, Ali, Fuday, Omer, Emrah, Büşra and Hüseyin. You all went above and beyond every single day to make sure we had everything we needed. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and you were always so friendly and welcoming. I travelled with my mother in law and my 1 year old daughter, Isla, and the way the staff treated Isla was so heartwarming. They absolutely adored her, always stopping to play with her, make her laugh and fuss over her. Seeing how genuinely kind everyone was made our holiday even more memorable. A special thank you to all the other staff members too, whose names we didn’t catch. Every single person was so kind, hardworking and welcoming. Overall, everything was 10/10 for us. If you’re looking for a good value, friendly all inclusive holiday, this hotel is a fantastic choice. We wouldn’t hesitate to return!
