TUI SUNEO Costa Mare Suites

Krásný hotel, velice milý personál obzvlášť číšník Ali, který se velice pěkně o nás staral každý den. Program hotelu byl též každý den zábavný. Byli jsme maximálně spokojeni a tento hotel doporučuji navštívit.

Hotel a pokoje jsou krásné, večerní atmosféra také super každý den nějaká akce, drinky výborné, hlavně co tu mají dokonale je jídlo opravdu výborné tady vaří. Obsluha se o všechny výborné stará. Číšník ALI se o nás celý pobyt výborně staral opravdu tu vše bylo krásně .

A last minute deal from Tui. I am just back from Costa Mare suites with my two friends and would say it was worth every penny. We got a great deal and feel there is little to complain about. The pools are spotless, nice seating areas around both pools. We made good use of them. One a bit noisier with kids and adults playing games etc the other was quiet and chilled. Room - small but clean adequate for sleeping in. Good sized balcony. Only downside was housekeeping. We had to ask for toilet paper constantly. Despite leaving our green housekeeping light on outside our room. They emptied the bins but didnt leave loo roll! We also had to ask for clean towels towards the end of the week. Entertainment - was fun and we enjoyed it. The team really do try their hardest to involve the guests and they are a takented bunch. They did a kids show every night which was well attended. Mr Suneo was hilarious! such a simple but effective crowd pleaser. The acrobats were outstanding and the Colombian dance troup were superb! no complaints! Facilities - spa area in the basement of the hotel . Felt it was a bit too expensive (as they always are in hotels) We chose not to access this. Hairdressers (I used twice) was excellent value. Shop was overpriced too. Luckily shops, restaurants and bars are 5 min walk away. Food - was excellent. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever. I'm vegetarian and I never starved. The chefs did an amazing job and the food was fresh and a great choice! if you're not into varied food, there are still salads, fresh breads, soups, pizza and chips etc. We were very impressed by the choice and fail to see how anyone can fault it. Only downside was times for dinner 7 - 9pm, if you have a daytrip you feel a bit rushed to make it to dinner for 7pm and 9pm is an early finish. Drinks - by the end of the week I was sick of the same choice. Cocktails are almost neon. The coconut rum was delicious and the wine was pleasant but the phrase you get what you pay for applies here. Loved it when they came to the pool with the Bailey's and ice. Was so refreshing and appreciated!! Staff - were all lovely and helpful. This includes reception staff and bar staff. There were a couple of great bar tenders that were full of fun and went out their way to chat. The waiter Ali from the restaurant was attentive, friendly and an excellent worker. We were well looked after with our drinks ready for us at an outside table which was our preference. A very courteous and friendly young man. We all agree that we would return to this hotel and I"m looking at returning with my daughters and granddaughter for next year. My friends and I feel some of the reviews for the hotel are a bit unfair. The workers work hard to give you a lovely holiday and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience at the Costa Mare Suites.

When arriving at the Costa Mare we were immediately greeted by reception staff who were very attentive and quick with checking us in. The gentleman at reception took our cases and escorted us to our room and gave us a full in depth tour and explanation of everything we needed to know. We stayed at the main pool area the whole week: it was very easy to get a sunbed, the pool area was very clean, plenty of umbrellas available. The pool bar was often busy at times and could do with another staff member serving drinks to speed up the process but each member we were served by was very friendly and helpful. The self-serve juice bar could do with being cleaned out more often however. The animation team were bubbly and lively and kept the atmosphere chill yet exciting! The restaurant was clean and the food was varied and always hot and fresh. The only gripe we had was the restaurant often opening 10-15mins later than advertised which had a huge queue forming outside; food often ran out quickly and took a while to replace. The restaurant staff were always cheerful and looking after everyone with great diligence, offering to bring drinks to your table and clearing plates quickly (Mevlüt deserves recognition for his hard work and friendly dedication!). The room cleaning was disappointing and we often had to go to reception to ask for fresh towels and toilet paper. We would definitely come back here in the future, likely in May or September to avoid the incredible June heat! Thank you very much for such an enjoyable experience!

This hotel is fantastic. The staff are so helpful room was great, dood beill always something to wat wven id you are picky. A very big shout out to our waitress Gamzi she looked after us brilliantly. I had a medical emergency while there and has to be hospitalised for a few days. The hotel staff and management was absolutely amazing with my husband Tui flew my daughter over to be with my husband. Cannot fault this hotel. Will definitely come back
