XO Cape Arnna Fethiye

Amazing hotel, decor around the hotel is amazing, room is really nice and the standout is the food in the hotel. The buffet food is absolutely amazing, especially the selection of meat. Special mention to the 2 bell boys at the front Mohammed and Furkan, very helpful and friendly. They gave me useful information on where to go in Fethiye and always get my car out quickly.

We stayed at XO Cape Arnna in Fethiye for one week shortly after it opened for the season. We arrived late at night and were warmly welcomed with drinks and introduced to our personal assistant (concierge), which made for a smooth and pleasant check-in experience. Overall, we had a good 4-star stay. The resort itself is beautiful. Our Triple Comfort Room was very spacious, modern, and comfortable, with a stunning view that we really enjoyed throughout the week. The in-room amenities were excellent, and extras like robes were provided quickly when requested. Housekeeping was a bit inconsistent. It worked well at the beginning of the stay, but later in the week we often had to request room cleaning. More consistency in this area would significantly improve the overall guest experience. Restaurant staff were a real highlight — especially at Margaritari — and service in the patisserie and tea shop was also excellent. A special mention to Vitali at Chai Mai, who was exceptionally attentive and kindly provided a full carton of milk for our toddlers when we only asked for a couple of cups. Our assistants, Elvira and Aruzhan, were excellent throughout — very responsive, patient, and helpful with all our requests. Food quality was good overall, but the menu felt quite repetitive over a week despite the variety of restaurants. Some additional rotation in dishes would help improve the experience for longer stays. The hotel is clearly very family-focused. However, Lumi’s World (the children’s area) was a bit disappointing compared to expectations from online content. It felt smaller than expected and lacked variety, particularly for younger toddlers (ours are 2 and 4). We’ve seen significantly better and more engaging children’s facilities at other 5-star family-friendly hotels. Enhancing this area would make a big difference, especially given the family positioning of the resort. The pool was heated and comfortable enough, which we really enjoyed. At checkout, as our flight was late, the hotel provided us with a courtesy room and we were still able to use all facilities and dining options until departure, which was a great and much-appreciated gesture. Reception and management were more mixed. While generally helpful, interactions often felt quite impersonal. A warmer and more consistent approach at reception would better reflect the hotel’s 5-star positioning, particularly during guest interactions at arrival and departure. Overall, it’s a beautiful resort with strong room quality, good facilities, and some excellent staff, but a few areas — particularly housekeeping consistency, dining variety, reception warmth, and children’s facilities — could be improved. A solid 4-star experience overall, with great potential to become a full 5-star stay.

We had an amazing time. Food was amazing. The waiter Yavuz in the buffet Restaurant was very attentive and helpful, always with a smile. 😊 We will definitely go back. Thank you for the amazing Time. 😊

We had such a lovely stay at XO Cape Arnna—it really felt like a first-class holiday from start to finish. The rooms were beautiful, super clean, and had amazing views. Housekeeping did a great job every day. The all-inclusive is genuinely “ultra” with loads of food and drink options. The beer selection was brilliant (Peroni, Efes, 1664 Blanc, Guinness, Tsingtao, Asahi, Miller, Corona), and having food available 24/7 was a big plus. The buffet had plenty of choice, and we also got 3 complimentary à la carte restaurants—we chose the kebabi, Italian, and Greek, and really enjoyed them all. Goat Pub is open 24/7 and serves great food—we especially loved the burgers! For lunch, there were lots of options too—we used Tiny Bites, the main buffet, and the Italian, which was really handy. Everything felt top quality—from the coffee shop to the cake shop. Everything was freshly made and tasted great. The kids club was also really good, which made a big difference. We also had a massage at the spa, which was fantastic—definitely worth doing! The beach bar area was stunning—really gave us a Dubai vibe with all the new, stylish furniture. But what made the biggest difference was the staff. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, always smiling and happy to help. A big thank you to Elvira and Aruzhan for making everything so easy for us. And a special shoutout to Volkan and Baha at the beach bar—they were amazing and really made our stay extra special. We actually have a holiday rule—never revisit the same resort and never book a holiday while we’re still on one…This resort made us break that rule! Looking forward to checking in
