I just want to start by saying this is by far and away the nicest, friendliest and most outstanding hotel my wife and I have ever stayed at - we are still here for another 2 nights but the review couldn't wait. Upon arrival late at night, we were greeted by Gokhan who was just a dream, got us a drink and showed us to The GOAT where we got some food before being brought to our room. To our surprise, the room had been upgraded to compliment us on our honeymoon which made both my wife and I extremely speechless. From that moment on - we were blown away continuously. The smart room setup is incredibly functional, buttons to activate lights throughout the room and curtains. The room we had thought we were getting looked fabulous but the room we got upgraded to was just next level and absolutely stunning beyond words. Every day received turndown service and each guest receives assistant guest relations dedicated to make your stay unbelievable - special shout out to Sude and Ahmed who were in touch every day with great information and detail about daily events from sports, activities, shows, you name it - they let us know. The food.. there are no words for how nice the food is, for ultra all inclusive, every single meal is different from day to day, the food is exquisitely prepared and even the drinks are specially made - most resorts we stay at with AI are slushy type cocktails - these are specially prepared and if its not on the menu, just ask - they will make it one way or the other (much to my wife's delight lol) The setting is honestly the most beautiful place we have stepped foot on, the white marble finish across the resort leading right to a luxury beach which feels like a personal beach is just out of this world and as night draws in, the resort just becomes romantic in every way on a whole new level. The staff are friendly, always chatting and not overwhelming trying to sign you up to different things, they allow you to relax and will approach to see if you need anything which is just fantastic. I could give a special mention to so many staff but our big appreciation has been to the staff in The Seasons and Tiny Bites where we frequented often. The pools are sensational, super clean and honestly theres that many, you dont really feel like you are missing out at any stage if you aren't at a particular one. The resort caters to adults only and also families and to be honest we are absolutely planning to return with our son in the near future because we noticed first hand how attentive and accommodating they were to children of all ages and though it was a honeymoon, we very much enjoyed the family atmosphere at points which was just so very pleasing during our stay. There is a not a single bad word to be said about this hotel and the staff. The value for the hotel will differ greatly depending on when you stay during the year and what room type you go for which is natural for a 5 star hotel, however, as a family and a couple, we would have no issues paying for this hotel regardless of the cost because it delivers in every single way and it does so every single day.

We arrived again for another visit and have had yet another wonderful stay. This beautiful resort has had a few additions over the winter. The beach bar has been enlarged and is now simply stunning. The entertainment stage area has also been enlarged and now has tiered seating for better viewing all round. It looks magnificent. The superb staff of last year have as good as all returned and are as customer friendly and efficient as you. Guests want for nothing. Room cleanliness is second to none. Variety of drinks available are as wide and varied as ever. New additions to the À la Carte range are Turkish Meze and Kebab, Mexican and Spanish/ Peruvian. All are of the highest quality. The front of house team are ultra efficient as ever and both Ozan and Gokhan lead from the front. Nothing is ever to much trouble. Another wonderful stay at this beautiful resort.

Myself and my adult son arrived on the hotels opening day for this season 15/07/26... And all that we can say is just WOW!!! We are still here as I am writing this and currently looking at returning in September. The service, the rooms, the food, the drinks, the activities, the gym, everything is top notch and nothing is too much trouble. Yes it is quiet at the moment but that makes it so much better for us to just chill and relax however we can tell that more and more guests are arriving day by day and more and more things are becoming open and available. We feel like we are in paradise. We did plan on visiting nearby Olu Denis however this hotel is that good we don't want to leave even for an evening so we are staying put! Special shout out to Illkar ( our personal concierge) , Eva ( guest relations) , Diyar at Glimpses bar near the beach who was always on hand for beautiful drinks, Bushkar and 'jason' at alchemy bar and Salman at the beach bar. There are others to commend but we don't have everyone's name lol Once we return home I will do a completed review of the holiday and hopefully include others. Only thing I am slightly disappointed about is that there is no loyalty scheme in place yet to offer discounts etc for returning customers like other hotel groups however we have been assured that this is something they are looking into and tbf they have only been operating a year. ... Any way going now as more sunbathing to be done at the adults only pool ( oh and by the way you don't have to be staying in an 18+ room to use adult only facilities you just have to be over 18 so great for us. )Sorry ticked the been a Mum box to young children a While ago so can't comment on children's facilities although tbf they do look good . Will report back once this glorious week is done and back home but for anyone thinking of coming then JUST DO IT!!

Dear XO Cape Management, I am writing to formally complain about my recent stay at your hotel June 2025 Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with both the food and the service during my stay. The meals served at the hotel were of poor quality and did not meet the standard one would reasonably expect. In addition, the service provided by the staff was unsatisfactory. The staff appeared inattentive and unhelpful, and overall the level of professionalism was lacking. This significantly affected my overall experience and enjoyment of the stay. I chose your hotel expecting a much higher standard of hospitality, and therefore this experience was particularly disappointing. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and provide an appropriate resolution. I believe some form of compensation would be reasonable under the circumstances. I look forward to your response.
