An excellent experience—the best hotel in the region. Great service, a wide range of outlets, and consistently friendly staff.

We enjoyed our time here, but it is a very new hotel in its second season, and this was evident in a number of areas. We would return, but only in a few years. The hotel is a step above some of the Barut hotels, but it falls short of the truly luxury premium hotels like Maxx Royal, Regnum, etc., which I think it is aspiring towards. The price point does reflect this, to be fair, but if the hotel wants to compete with these long-term, then there are a few key areas to change, based on our experience of luxury hotels across the world. This feedback is at a high level, but hopefully it will help inform both the hotel to do better and advise guests who are spending a lot of money in a competitive market. To improve / consider - The BIGGEST issue: We stayed in the standard room (Adult Only Deluxe) and were originally placed in a room which overlooked the hotel next door and, more problematically, dozens of fairly loud electricity generators and a service road which was used to noisily remove glass bottles. This essentially made the balcony unusable due to the constant noise, and on occasion, the noise of these generators could be heard even with windows closed. Nowhere does the hotel mention this, and there is no price difference between these and the rooms on the opposite side which overlook the very quiet adults only pool! Therefore, it’s pure luck if you end up with an objectively worse room than somebody who has booked the same room class! We feel this is fairly outrageous for any hotel, let alone one of this calibre, and is a fundamental design flaw with the hotel. I suggest the hotel offers some degree of discount for these rooms, similar to the Ikos promo rooms, and at the VERY least is transparent with guests that they be allocated a room with these issues. We complained and the initial response was fairly laughable - they offered to supply us with earplugs! We pushed back and eventually they switched our room, but this was after five nights into an 8 night stay. Overall, this issue left a fairly sour taste and we felt we had been misled: luck should play no part on receiving what is a room with a worse offering. I would be amazed if the hotel hasn’t routinely had complaints about this, so they really need a strategy to deal with it. - Arrival experience was mostly bad. We arrived at the same time as a Turkish family, and they were greeted warmly, sat down, and offered a welcome drink. We were left alone, and had to go to the desk to check in, only to be directed to sit down. We then had to wait whilst two different members of staff tried to deal with us. No explanation of the hotel was given: we were directed to the app. At no point were we offered a welcome drink, despite other guests receiving this offer. It just didn’t create the most organised or inclusive first impression. - The service staff are nice but many are clearly new to service at this level and with English-speaking guests, resulting in some lapses. Contrary to many reviews, we never once saw a table that had been left uncleared, but actually the staff were sometimes TOO quick to remove things: on more than one occasion we returned to our table after grabbing food from the biggest to find our mostly full drinks vanished! Other examples include saying ‘enjoy your meal’ after literally taking drinks orders, etc. Nothing major here, but clearly not polished. - The included à la carte restaurants were nice (apart from The Duchess, which was a massive disappointment), but honestly a lot of the food could be found in the main buffet in a pretty similar form. I don’t think the offer is that good, perhaps because they are pushing the paid à la carte options, which are fairly extortionate (50-70 euros per person) given the already high cost of the hotel. - Some weird design choices like having podiums at the entrance to all restaurants and the buffet, as though they are to be manned by people who escort you to a seat, but nobody ever actually does this. Again, it feels like this is something the hotel is working towards implementing, but it’s not there yet. - Adult breakfast much less impressive and lower quality than the main buffet. - Water comes in small plastic bottles! In 2026, this is shocking from a sustainability standpoint. Is this really the best solution a brand new hotel can provide for drinking water? I have no idea why this outdated choice was made. Positives: - Overall, this is a very thoughtfully designed and comfortable hotel. The overall layout of both the grounds and the rooms is excellent, and everything is super modern, which is very appealing. It is a reasonably big, but not overwhelmingly so. Honestly, can’t really fault this. - The marketing photos on Instagram and similar are, for a change, pretty accurate! It does attract a few posers though, but that’s par for the course these days. - Contrary to a number of reviews, we also found the food to be good overall, particularly the buffet, Glimpse on the Beach, and Kebabi, and the servers in all food and drink areas to be attentive. Drinks offering is also extensive and very good. - The vibe is overall very relaxed and chill, which appealed to us, but don’t book this if you want music at the pool, lots of action, etc.

If you are looking for a family holiday with exceptional attention to detail in terms of cleanliness, children’s activities and amazing family rooms, then this hotel is the best we have stayed at. The service was amazing and the staff were always so kind and go out of their way for you. So many great kids extras- like perfectly clean high chairs everywhere, steps on the very clean toilets, kids sunbeds and baby sleep cots outside. The hotel put a lot of thought into making it the best experience for parents. The only negative was that the food was just average, which is a shame as all other aspects were outstanding. The food quality just lets it down when it’s a very pricey place to go. We would 100% return if the food was better.
