We have been to Turkiye countless times, but this was our first visit to Kusadasi, Izmir area. So this is our honest opinion for our week's stay. We arrived late on a Monday evening and were greeted by a lovely young lady, who sat us down , got us a drink, and she did the checking in for us, which was very good. The ground floor "lobby" is beautiful, full of plants and the "birds song" effect was authentic. Loved the layout, very simple to get around. Room - We had a superior side view, which I think is the basic room, but we were very impressed with the size and deco of the room, and the view, probably one of the best rooms we've had in previous 5 star hotels. Although the bathroom did have a strong sewage smell. Not a huge problem but we found the TV lacked English channels just one CNN news, plenty of German, French and Turkish channels. Food - Kozo main restaurant at the beginning of our stay was fine, but a conference turned up for a couple of days, and it was utter carnage, one evening we struggled to get any food, as they ran out. The pool snack bar was great for lunch, pizza was delicious, chicken, burgers, baked potatoes were really nice, with a glass of wine overlooking the sea, very relaxing. We tried 3 a la cartes, one paid for at £15 each, the Italian restaurant, it wasn't great, the price didn't reflect the food received. The Mexican was just ok nothing great, but the Turkish restaurant was fabulous, the food was amazing and the service tremendous. Pools - Pools there was one heated outdoor pool and to be fair quite warm, the other pool far too cold for us, but there were people using it. The slides looked really good if you like that kind of thing, and loads of lifeguards, which was really good to see. Beach - The beach is very small, but we liked it, sometimes we had it all to ourselves, and the sea was crystal clear. Entertainment - we found this was the major let down for us, the fire show was good, the dance shows weren't great, there was a band at pool stage one night, but was sung in 95% Turkish, and the live music in Tokyo bar was mainly solo singers again 95% sung in Turkish. I totally understand we are in Turkey, but there were lots of other nationalities staying too. So perhaps the singing aspect could be at least 50% Turkish/English? The hotel is a little isolated from anywhere, so if you like walking anywhere as we do, there is very little outside the hotel, we got a taxi from outside of hotel into Kusadasi town, which cost £8. We didn't like having the wi fi access switched off unless you filled in a questionaire after 5 days, we didn't know where this form would appear, there's no mention of where it appears, so we had to go to guest relations to put it on our phones, so unless you do this the wi fi is denied. Staff - Every single member of staff were amazing, so friendly, one of the friendliest hotels we have stayed in. Special thanks to Enes from animation team, he approached us from day one and then everyday asking how our day was going, and telling us about various entertainment that was going on, true asset to the hotel. Thanks to Secil from lobby bar, who served us our drinks on a evening, she was lovely. Thanks to Yagmur guest relations, who sorted out any problems and booked our a la cartes. Special thanks to Zeynep guest relations, who put up with my poor Turkish. She was so lovely always saying "here's my favourite couple". Would we come back, never say never, if a good deal came along then yes. We would recommend also.

Amazing place, good staff from guest releationos hazal asya mikail and ayse foods are amazing and main restaurant gokhan chef thank you so much we will come next year
This hotel gets 10 out of 10 for me. Yes it’s a bit remote but from walking into the hotel it gives you the wow factor. It’s very bright, tastefully decorated with garden inside with bars, à la carte restaurants, smoothie and milk shake bar etc etc. the description of the hotel is spot on. All the staff are extremely friendly and very courteous, they are a credit to the hotel. Cleaning is on going all day so it’s super clean. We had a room on the 7th floor, we upgraded to the corner suite with sea view and omg it was extremely massive with two balconies, one had sun beds on it. The amount of space we had was obscene for two but it was well worth it. The pool areas were fabulous, sun beds galore and they were comfy with padded mattresses. Food and bars galore. Out of the back straight onto beach. Kids and grown up slides etc. the hotel makes up for the remoteness but if you go out front it the hotel you can get a taxi for €8 into Kusadasi or walk up to main road and get a dolmus for €1 or 30 Turkish lira and they will drop you wherever you want. Getting around Kusadasi centre is not a problem with the bazaars etc. walk to mouse island, it’s quite cute with lovely views and €10 entrance. Food wise, typical all exclusive with plenty of choose. We did the Mexican and Asia à la carte and it was lovely. All in all a fab time had and we could have stayed longer, would we go back, defo yes. Thank you Liberty for a very memorable fantastic stay.
