Amazing holiday at liberty kusadasi .. loved the entertainment team and especially Emre , big shoutout too him , he was super friendly and got everyone involved

I don’t usually leave reviews but I’m currently staying at this hotel and haven’t had the experience. For the last twos days, the lights and electricity have gone in my room. I’ve complained twice and it was blamed on my key which wasn’t the case. We’ve also had issues with booking restaurants- we’ve been told that certain restaurants are full and then we walk by throughout the evening and there are loads. It’s disappointing and means the majority have to head down to the buffet restaurant which again isn’t great - the meat is very dry and they pull out the same dishes a day after day. Like I say, I hate to leave a review but it’s the first time I’ve experienced a livery report. Thankfully the sun has been out and the kids don’t know any different

Review... We stayed from the 8th till the 19th October 2026. Party of 8 (5 Adults, 3 Kids) Welcome We arrived at the hotel late evening and no porter to greet us from the bus or even at reception. Reception gent just looked to be a night porter with little interest. He checked us in and we took our bags to the rooms. The reception staff during the day were always helpful and guest relations were perfect so maybe skeleton staff after 12am. Rooms All rooms were side sea view rooms. Our eldest son was on the building site view but the rooms were all great and we couldn't fault them. Yes we had yellow water in the baths for the first run but this did clear. Our kids enjoyed the whirlpool bath and one room had faulty air con which was sorted straight away. Mini fridges were topped up daily and we only had one day when the room wasn't cleaned but fresh towels were supplied. We asked for an iron and they sent that up with a board immediately. TV had three English channels but we did take the Firestick. For anyone that does please ensure you take and angled/Flexi cable because very little room at the back for the HDMI socket. Pools The indoor pool and the pool next to the slides were heated when we went. The rest were cold as expected. Only one of our guests braved a slide and the younger kids spent about 30 minutes in the splash pool but they had purple lips as it's Baltic. It's shaded here too so very little opportunity to heat via the sun. Lifeguards are physically there at poolside but don't rely on them as always on mobiles or checking out the talent... We spotted a kid in trouble, a rainbow slide collision, a women unconscious and an elderly gent take a turn for the worse. They did increase the staff following the young woman with the head injury. Accidents happen but they need to be more vigilant. Another issue was the toilets. They have some toilets near the snack bar/main pool. These were broken most of the time and they have a lack of usable toilets for the outside area including the amphitheatre/beach. Spotted many a folk having a danger wee in the bushes, beach or pool. Not something you expect from a 5 star resort. Entertainment Daily entertainment around the pool was ok but unfortunately around the main pool that was stupidly cold. The foam party and kids bubble party was great. Oktoberfest was a great event and we have been to others in Turkey (Anda Barut, Maxeria, Fabay) and they have similar setups. Night entertainment it was great to have alternative options if the weather was poor. They have a big conference room that they used for two days due to the weather. We really enjoyed the fire show (x2) and the Michael Jackson show. Kids Entertainment The ladies in the kids club work so hard. It's open three times per day and between the last two sessions they also do the mini disco. Would be nice if the songs changed or the staff spoke between the songs to the kids but they always had loads of kids dancing. The last session is open till 11pm so it is great for adults to have some time without them. Main Restaurant Probably the biggest let down was the main restaurant. If anyone has been to a Liberty hotel they will know this isn't the quality they offer. Yes I'm fully aware that Signa, Lykia and Fabay are offered at a higher cost but still lacks the quality that's offered at other hotels we've stayed at (like Maxeria). It's certainly not manic like Maxeria but it's more miss than a hit. One day you may have a full lamb displayed beautifully and the following day it's replaced with chicken drum sticks. Cold at that. Drink service is pretty non-existent. We probably did 5 evenings and only got offered drinks twice. Pool Side Snacks We were sold this as an additional al la carte at lunch times. Maybe because it's October this option wasn't available. Nor were drinks at your table. The QR codes advertised great options but sadly none available. Only the self serve options for the food/soft drinks were available. The chicken tenders were nice though and plenty of cats want your food if you choose to sit in location. Asian Restaurant We only did this due to the kids wanting noodles and our eldest obsession with Sushi. Our favourite meal and we ended up going for a second time. Be mindful not to order too much. We had loads the first time and the portions were huge. The staff were fantastic and I enjoyed the red wine that was available. Plenty of flexibility for the fussy eaters too. Drinks We had differing experiences at each bar. Adult rooftop bar and The Tokyo Bar were both great and drinks were consistent in taste and quality. Some of the staff in the lobby bar were fab too. Serçil and Amir were so attentive. Timeless bar though the staff were terrible. They genuinely didn't care. Serçil and Amir did work there one evening and it was a total different ambience. They also ran out of several drinks during our stay and tried to replace them with what they believed to be an alternative. Malibu was replaced about two days into our holiday with a foaming brown liquor which nobody enjoyed. Another issue was when the kids disco was on and to be followed by a show in the amphitheatre. The beach bar is not available until the main show started at 9:30pm. Plus the nearest bar was up the main stairs for the lobby bar, Timeless Bar or two flights upto the Tokyo Bar. However if the show was on the pool stage then the booze bar would be open. So a fair distance to your nearest bar. SPA One of our guest went to the spa and enjoyed. They were offering 30% discount on the prices when we went so haggle. Shops Extortionate. Use the ones outside the hotel (Carrefour or the BIM). Fakes are poor too. Kusadasi market is a fraction of the cost. So I would say it's a 6/10 and that's comparing it to a similar hotel like Maxeria in Didim. It's Liberty by name but heard it will be removed from the bracket shortly and maybe a Sundia. It's a nice hotel with some great staff. It needs a few tweaks in the consistency and quality. Once again I know cost is a major factor but I got liberty Fabay a year ago in May for less than I paid for the same time here in October and that hotel blew me away.

We arrived 10th October for 7 nights. I had previously emailed a few weeks before stating it had been my husband's 50th birthday and wanted to check if there was any upgrades available even with a fee. Check in was easy room 1411 looked into rubble/building site I had mentioned my email and they had seen it on my notes but there wasn't any rooms available for upgrade as they were fully.booked. I still asked to be moved as the view wasn't great. We were moved along the corridor and up a floor to room 1535 Better view corner room - got the sun in the morning... Gorgeous sunrise. The room was spacious we had a deluxe side sea view it contained Jacuzzi bath, 2 robes and slippers (even though there were 4 of us in the room) fridge with drinks which were replenished (water,.coke, beers and soft drinks) 2 double beds lots of counter top space, The wardrobes seemed slightly small for 4 people could be doing with additional drawer space under the main counter top area. Tv in the room many channels but only found Comedy Central and a few news channels in British The staff left a nice bottle of red wine and cake for us in the rook on the first night. The bathroom smelt of cabbage - it really wasn't pleasant to have the smell lingering in the room. We did receive the usual free items comb, shower cap, cotton wool pads, conditioner and body lotion but it seemed very basic hand and shower gel for the type of hotel it was. Parts of the room did feel slightly dated and not the cleanest - mould around the shower and bath tiles. The hotel itself it beautiful and clean. The glass elevator lifts are great for taking photos. There were several restaurants including mexican, Turkish, Asian and Italian. We received 2 of these visits during our stay so we chose the Mexican and Asian. They were fine - just not your usual type of food we are used to back home. Pools were a great hit for kids one was heated and the others not so much. Height and minimum weight for slides apply to some of the slides, in particular the larger slide - my 11 year old still couldn't go on. The indoor pool was warm with an smaller outdoor part attached with loungers around the pool to relax. All the sun loungers had nice padded mattress on them, but just be careful if it has been raining as the end up like a sponge. Never any problem getting a sun loungers around the pool or on the garden area. The weather wasn't the best - out of 7 days it was very much a mixed bag with rain at times. Gym and spa nice all great facilities sauna and steam room too. You can collect pool towels from the spa and swop at any time. Beach view was stunning however the beach wasn't the best lots of rubbish lying around and just felt a little unclean compared to the rest of the hotel and grounds. All inclusive was great for cocktails download the liberty App and you can see all the drinks - branded spirits too. Wine was okay. Best to get drinks from booze bar at the pool served in nice plastic glasses instead of plastic cups. Cocktail list is fantastic too. Food in main restaurant was nice plenty of choice, always pasta, chips, meat or fish and salads. There was also an outdoor part that served as a bbq area which done grilled fish and meats. Desserts were plenty but maybe ice cream would be a good addition tomthr dinners. Snack bar was great too especially the breaded chicken it was amazing and the waffles!!! Beware if you are not a cat lover - there are loads of cats everywhere however they didn't bother us at all. Overall nice holiday, nice hotel and good staff who are always busy. Transfer time with Jet2 around 75 minutes

First time being in this hotel and everything is amazing. we came as 3 girls and the hotel is so safe and fun. Entertainment team is the best Emre is very nice and helpful.
