Amazing hotel with so many facilities i have not seen in any other hotels in Turkey. Wonderful hotel with amazing experience with family and my 4 year old daughter loved this hotel. Heated swimming pool for kids. Kids Club is amazing with Teacher Rasmine. Guest Relations you need to see Asya , Yamur, Mikael they are absolutely wonderful people to speak too and all the staff is just amazing rest all the people. this is our second time visit within 6months of period for 14days and will come back soon again. Unbelievable experience, food excellent and vibes so so good! We stayed for a week and had no issues at all. Very clean hotel and staff are excellent!

We are 3 days in and I never post early reviews - but I don’t need to wait or see any more. This is a fantastic place to spend your time and money. Everything has been spot on. We are celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary on the 21st during our stay and they have been so kind, including a room upgrade which was amazing. And they left some champers and cake in our room the evening we arrived. The Hotel itself is an amazing space. So much to choose from on the food and drink side of things. And all the food and drink has been very good. The drinks/ cocktails are using branded spirits etc and are the best cocktails we have ever had at any AI. The food is a fine selection at every meal, including good healthy options if you have the self control 😂 and the deserts are way better than the usual overly sugary fare at a lot of AI’s. There is a decent gym, fine size and plenty of free weights. 2 bikes which aren’t great, but everything else seemed fine. There are outdoor pools, one for kids and one for adults, another pool in an upstairs area and of course you are right next to the sea. And an indoor heated pool with steam room and sauna. Plenty of loungers and comfy modern, clean and well kept cousins for them - with built in neck rests. Milkshake Bar, Coffe/Tea lounge with amazing selection of cookies and cake. The room we got upgraded to is fantastic with jacuzzi bath, great shower, sea view with nice balcony, safe, free mini bar/fridge, comfy robes. Staff have all been so nice and helpful, can’t remember one bad interaction. It’s not very busy here at the moment, which for some staff probably makes their job a little more difficult as they try and hype some of the activities and get people involved, and the restaurants probably lack a little atmosphere as a result as well, with most probably opting for the Buffet Restaurant every night rather than avail of the other FOUR themed restaurants you can chose from also. Spoiled for choice. Should have booked 2 weeks 😂 There is also a decent shopping mall about 3km away. I walked this morning and it has some good outlets. I think it’s called KVM. There’s a Starbucks there. Google that and you’ll find it 😂 Main town is short taxi ride away. About €8 each way. I’m sure I’m forgetting some stuff - but it will only be more good stuff as I can’t think of anything really negative.

Kids club with Rasmine was excellent. She was so warm and welcoming to our daughter Lily. The kids space is secure and fun and has its own toilets. They had face painting every day, colouring, games and a soft play area for the younger children. There were morning and afternoon sessions. They also ran a kids disco every night from 8.45 until 9.30 in the saloon. Rasmine led the kids through fun dance routines dancing to Crazy frog and ‘Cotton Eyed Joe’. My daughter LOVED it! We loved watching her enjoy herself so much. Thank you to Rasmine and all the entertainment team! You made Lily’s holiday fabulous!

Location: 75kms from Izmir airport, is a bit disappointing, tired after 4.5 hours of journey. Best room with nice view of Part sea and part city was great Staff excellent, service incomparable and flawless. Atmosphere with birds chirping and the lounge area is superb. Cleanliness is the best in every corner of the hotel. Room service was a bit poor at times, not cleaning the sea sand and child affected rooms, not proper cleaning and mopping of floor. Though the fridge in the room was loaded, water bottles as many you ask were provided happily. A bit expensive booking for us, but a memory of life time. We booked before the war, and were sceptical if we will be able to go. Noise level- no problem, 6th floor is very quite Service of towels, sunbeds, foods, free icecream, slush, mojito, milkshakes, smoothies, freshly made biscuits is heavenly. I have never been to a resort where pistachio, almond, walnut, saffron, figs are given every breakfast without hesitation. We are vegetarian, they learnt and made many dishes for us with a smile. The staff was very good, initially we complained to Jet 2 to change out hotel, but then the customer care took over and we made the most of our holiday! This shows their resolve to make the customer happy and satisfied. If you are vegan or vegetarian or with fussy kids and adults, let the head chef and guest relations know instantly, do not wait and ascertain that you have complained to the right person, as knowledge and understanding of english language may be a deterrent.
