The hotel is also supported by a professional Night Manager, Yilmaz, who oversees operations during the evening and nighttime hours. Yilmaz ensures that everything in the hotel runs safely and efficiently after dark, coordinating with staff and handling any guest needs that may arise overnight. In addition to entertainment, the hotel offers an impressive dining experience. The restaurant is large and spacious, designed to accommodate a high number of guests comfortably. It features a wide selection of food, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. Guests can enjoy a variety of international cuisines, fresh salads, hot dishes, desserts, and beverages. If it was hotter I'm sure this place I would have given at least a 4*+. I loved this hotel right from arrival when it was dark..I presented them with problems and they dealt with it. If you go through your rep especially the Jet2 rep Martin he's fantastic and there's nothing he can't do to help you out.. Take a big of washing powder the kitchens with washing machine cooker dishwasher microwave fridge freezers usually the deep America style fridge freezer. Reception staff where all fantastic but Caglar,Gonul and Sevval deserve a shout out and again there's nothing they couldn't help me with..Nothing was to much for these guys and gals... Seafood night in my opinion is a waste of time and you only get 5 prawns in garlic butter so I asked for another 5 cheeky I know 😂 but that was no problem at all.. Indian night also could have been better but it was better than the seafood. They only down sides I found was that because it was out of season which meant their private beach was closed and it's €20 each way in to the town which is around 15/20 Minutes drive away but if there's a few of you then that price isn't very much maybe like €5 each. All around good friendly family hotel with a decent option of food mainly chicken Turkey and chips 🍟 Would I go back 🤔🤔🤔🤔 Yes 👍 absolutely I would go back and I would also love to buy one of the apartments. Would I recommend it to families and singles YES give it a go.. Down side..I honestly didn't want to come on writing negatives because you get so many shi**y places to stay and this place is spot on but you are in the mountains so it can get nippy especially on the nights so take something warm for over your shoulders. Also the best black olives (downstairs in the main dining area) I have ever had in my life.. The ones upstairs are to hard and tasteless the ones downstairs are served in olive oil they are juicy and soft.. The hotel also when it came to my wheelchair then nothing was to Much. When I picked it up in the airport there was a few problems but they were sorted out enough with a few blips here and there and all thanks to the famous fabulous Jet2 rep Martin Allison

I’m genuinely disappointed by my stay at this hotel, which markets itself as a 5-star property but fell far below that standard. While the location is excellent and the building itself is attractive, the overall experience was unacceptable. Housekeeping was extremely poor. During an 8-day stay, my room was only cleaned twice, and I had to repeatedly request that it be serviced. Daily room cleaning should be a basic expectation at any hotel, let alone a supposed 5-star one. There was also a major power cut from midnight until around 10:30am, and the hotel’s backup power system failed completely. To make matters worse, there was no running water for a day and a half as a result. Despite this, the hotel continued serving food and alcohol while guests had to deal with filthy toilets and no proper sanitation. It also raised serious concerns about hygiene standards, particularly how kitchen staff were maintaining cleanliness without water. No bottled water was provided to guests during this period or replenished in the rooms, which showed a lack of care and consideration. Reception staff were largely unhelpful, and one male member of staff was particularly rude and dismissive, which only added to the frustration. This hotel has potential because the location is great and the property itself looks impressive, but management seriously needs to improve standards and guest care. At the moment, I would not recommend staying here.
