Liberty Kusadasi

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious and chic hotel by the sea. The hotel had all the facilities we needed, and the location right along the beach was perfect. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, with large bathrooms and soft, comfortable pillows. The food was delicious, with a variety of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The hotel also had a large, clean swimming pool. It was conveniently located near the center, making it easy to explore. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Everything was fantastic, and I highly recommend this hotel!

We arrived late at night but had a very lovely warm welcome and check-in was very simple, friendly and quick. Our room was lovely and very clean, the beds are comfy so we had zero issues with the room. The hotel is big, modern and very clean in all areas, the staff are always cleaning and very helpful. Food Review - The food is nice and there is lots throughout out the day as well, they have a pool Snack bar with Burgers, chicken kebab, chips , nuggets and salad. really enjoyed this. The main restaurant is good lot of choices, don't be shy to ask to refill something if they run out as they are more than happy to help. Cake / Ice cream bar - this place is great you can get fresh cakes and biscuits and lots of lovely creams also you can sit out on the balcony with your hot coffee .. this was my favourite place for a morning espresso. Themed Restaurants - you can go to 2 themed restaurants if you stay 7 nights, we went to the Italian and the Mexican, the Italian you will pay a supplement of 10e for adults and 5e for kids, be mindful; of the Italian as its not things like lasagne or spaghetti bolognaise, check the menu before you book this one. The Mexican LOVED this one would highly recommend this themed restaurant and there is no extra cost. Outside- The Pool area is very good, there is lots of sun-beds and sun shades, even when we would go to the pool after lunch we there was still beds available, the pool was cold this needs to be heated. there is a indoor pool in the health club. Also there is an adult swimming pool over 16's only never got to try this. The water slides are great fun and the kids loved them. The Snack bar outside is very good and very clean, there is also an area undercover to sit the ahas table and chairs so makes a change from eating on your sun-bed. loved this. Taxi to Kusadasi is about 8euro one way The only real thing I would like the hotel to look in to is the out-side vendors that seem to walk around the pool area selling the idea of their restaurants in Kusadasi, there is even billboards with their details on, its not the fact they are looking for business its the fact the don't give you prices on the food, they will arrange a free transfer to and from their restaurant but none of the flyers or billboards have any costs on and when we went its was good don't get me wrong but the cost was very expensive, for example a chicken main and rice would be nearly 20e, so be mindful and ask for cost before you go as the cost soon added up if you want drinks and starters. I feel menus need costs on and in euros at the hotel. Water Sports - These are not part of the hotel its just a business on the beach and its expensive very expensive, when I asked about the jets car (its like a jet ski but shaped like a car) it was 80euros for 15 mins and jets Skis I think was 70euros for 2 people for 15 mins .... needless to say we did not do theses. as for the hotel as a whole , yes we would highly recommend this place and will be back as its lovely, the staff are amazing and the hotel is very clean.

We have previously stayed at Liberty Fabay and assumed the quality of this hotel would be on a par as the same chain, nothing could be further from the truth, awful service, mostly rude arrogant staff, although there are a couple of exceptions who are very helpful and friendly, choice of food in the buffet is quite limited , Mexican a la carte , nice food but very limited menu, outdoor pools not heated, the overall size of the grounds is far small for the amount of guests, the sunbeds are crammed in like sardines, crap loud music playing from 10am till late afternoon everyday, no evening entertainment, TV in room has 2 English channels , both 24hr news, also huge apartment block in early stages of construction, so loads of noise all day
