Spędziliśmy wspaniały czas w tym hotelu! Obsługa była przemiła i zawsze pomocna, a pokoje czyste, przestronne i komfortowe. Lokalizacja idealna – blisko atrakcji turystycznych, a jednocześnie cicho i spokojnie. Śniadania pyszne i bardzo urozmaicone. Zdecydowanie polecamy i chętnie wrócimy!

I will talk about both the beautiful and the bothersome aspects. I went at the end of April for a week with my wife and our 8-year-old son. The weather was very good at this time—23 degrees Celsius daily—perfect for the beach and sightseeing. This hotel complex is quite large and impressive. The buildings are beautiful, and there are many green areas that give the hotels a superb look. Because there are three hotels in the complex: Aishen Club, Fulya, and Selin. We stayed at Aishen Club, which consists of two-story buildings. The deluxe rooms are quite spacious, but the furniture is not new. I would say they are about 4-star rooms, but overall, they are fine. The bathroom has a bathtub, and everything functions properly. The television is tiny. The wireless internet works decently but sometimes is weak. The biggest issue with the rooms is the entrance door, which has no soundproofing whatsoever. Everything happening in the hallway of the building can be heard inside the room, which can be annoying at times. The other insulation aspects are fine, but through the door, everything is audible. The cleaning service is not top-notch. There is a minibar in the room that gets replenished daily with drinks—this is a good aspect: Coca-Cola, Fanta, Sprite, 2-3 beers, and enough water. The beach is very beautiful, with fine sand and enough sun loungers. The water was quite good for late April. The pools are very beautiful, and the water park is more than acceptable. The main issue, which annoyed me the most, is the overcrowding at this hotel. At the pools or water park, you can't find a spot to lay down your towel—you won’t find a free sun lounger unless you resort to the classic tactic of placing your towels early in the morning at around 8 or 8:30 AM. If you come around 10 AM, you won’t find a free sun lounger, which is very frustrating. You want to enjoy the facilities, but you can't. Even the beach tends to get crowded. And here comes the other big problem at the hotel: meals and drinks. Due to overcrowding, you can't find free tables in the morning, at lunch, or dinner. The main restaurants are quite large, but they still cannot handle the flow of accommodated tourists. Each hotel should have at least two main restaurants. In April, it was already chaotic—even if you managed to find a table, there was a scramble for food. Endless lines, people desperate to find a seat. It’s very frustrating and ruins the vacation vibe. You’d like to come to eat peacefully at any hour, but surprise… there’s no space. It's chaos. The waiters aren't enough to clear the used tables, so when you finally find a table, it's covered in leftovers from those who ate before. There are various bars scattered around the hotel complex, but the standard of drinks is quite low. There’s no sign of ultra all-inclusive. And here, too, you stand in line so long you lose the desire to even grab a drink. And when you finally get one, you realize they don’t have much to offer. At meals, you can get drinks, but they serve them in plastic cups from Coca-Cola bottles or other soda cartons. The wines and beer are bad. The draft beer is the only option—you only get canned beer in the minibar. Cocktails are made from local beverages. Perhaps only in the evening at certain bars can you ask for something of slightly better quality, but the lines are huge. However, I liked that they had certain freezers in the dining area and at a coffee lounge where you could take as much ice cream as you wanted. And it came in proper packaging, with some well-known brands like Milka. At the cofee lounge, you could have pastries, cappuccino, or coffee—all free of charge. The pastry shop was generally okay, but don’t expect incredible pastries—they looked decent. The food in the restaurants was good and varied but nothing extraordinary. A classic buffet without notable highlights. Desserts were acceptable, and their Turkish sweets, various types of baklava, were very good. There are also some stands in the complex where other items are sold, but the prices are exaggerated. For example, a shiska costs 25 euros—what?! They also have a Starbucks, and the prices there are surprisingly reasonable. Service on the beach is not great—actually, there’s no service. On the beach, there’s only one food and drink bar, and the queue there is never-ending. Otherwise, no one comes to ask if you’d like food or drinks even for an additional charge. I would have accepted paid food or drink service on the beach, but there was none. Even the sun loungers don’t get much care. On two occasions, I had to find my own mattress to put on the lounger or arrange them myself, cleaning off sand or dirt. It’s not like in the pictures, where everything looks perfect. In conclusion, I wouldn't return to this hotel due to the overcrowding. It was very frustrating to constantly search for a spot to eat, stand in endless queues, or find a free sun lounger at the pool. The ultra all-inclusive concept was nearly nonexistent, and the quality of service was lacking. The hotel, on the other hand, is very beautiful, and all areas are aesthetically pleasing, with lovely greenery, but the complex simply doesn’t have the capacity to accommodate all the tourists when it comes to dining and entertainment spaces. Chaos everywhere—but I guess, for the 8,200 lei I paid for three people, including flights and checked baggage, I can't have high expectations. I don’t even want to think about what happens in June, July, and August at this hotel—it must be complete madness."

Zeer fijne ervaring gehad op dit resort, er zit bijna alle gemakken inbegrepen. Mooi zwembad en glijbanen mijn zoontje van 6 vond dit prachtig en heeft hier enorm van genoten. Ze hebben elke avond een super mooie show in het theater met een after party met live muziek. De guest relation heeft onze geholpen met het boeken van restaurant erg fijn bedankt SONER!
