We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The service throughout our stay was outstanding. Whether it was at reception, or dining, the team consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Any request I had was handled quickly and professionally, which made my stay very comfortable and stress-free. The staff truly made the difference—they were not only efficient but also warm and approachable, creating a great environment. Special thanks to Anastasia, Mika and Tugce in the mini club, our son really loved spending time there and was always talking about how much fun he had in the mini club. They offer very interesting and different activities every day like candle workshop, pottery and etc. Love the idea of evening cinema for kids, parents can enjoy the show while kids watch the movie. The animation team at the hotel was absolutely fantastic and truly made our stay unforgettable. They were full of energy, friendly, and always encouraging guest to join in the fun without ever being pushy. Doruk and Anastasia from animation team were always great to chat to and Anastasia’s classes were always amazing. Emrah Yesiltas and Engin were a great and professional waiters. They were very extremely polite, attentive, and professional from start to finish. Their friendly attitude made us fell very welcome. They are great example of excellent customer service and real credit to the team.

Stayed at Lusso Sorgun with my wife. We had a great time. The hotel looks very stylish. Everything feels premium without being over the top. Food was consistently good with plenty of options and we especially liked the desserts and ice cream from their own patisserie. There’s always something going on: evening shows, live music and decent parties if you’re in the mood. Funny enough, the highlight for me was something I didn’t even plan to do. My wife tried a few yoga classes with Anastasia and kept talking about how good they were. On our last day she convinced me to join… and I get it now. The session was actually top notch, great energy and I felt better after than I had the whole week. Safe to say next time I might be skipping a few lobby drinks in favor of her classes. Solid place overall, would come back.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Lusso Sorgun, which just opened in 2025. The hotel is a masterpiece of modern design—everything is incredibly fresh, stylish, and impeccably maintained. The rooms are top-tier, and the entire resort layout is beautiful. ​Service & Dining: The service is outstanding; the staff is not only professional but genuinely warm and attentive. A huge compliment goes to the culinary team. The food is at a true gourmet level, from the exquisite main buffet to the artisanal pralines, homemade ice cream, and cakes. The cocktails are high-quality, and the included weekly visit to the Italian A-la-Carte restaurant was a culinary highlight. ​Sports & Animation: The daytime activities are very well-organized. I would especially like to highlight our dart animato. He hosts the dart sessions twice a day with incredible energy, humor, and dedication. He has a natural talent for engaging guests and creating a fantastic atmosphere. It is professional and charismatic employees like him who elevate the guest experience. I truly hope the hotel recognizes his talent—he is a huge asset to the team! ​Evening Entertainment & Atmosphere: The only area with room for improvement is the evening program. Currently, shows are held in an indoor conference hall, which feels a bit clinical and lacks the typical holiday atmosphere. For a luxury resort like this, we would have loved to see more evening entertainment in the outdoor areas, specifically at the beach bar or the open-air theater. ​Verdict: A stunning new hotel with world-class food. If the evening entertainment moves outdoors, it will be unbeatable. We specifically hope to see the friendly dart animator back next season!

We stayed at Lusso Sorgun as a family and were absolutely delighted with our experience! The atmosphere, service, and overall comfort were all at a very high level - it’s truly a place you want to return to. We would especially like to highlight the mini club it’s a real gem for both kids and parents! The program is very rich and well-organized: every day offers a variety of activities, games, and entertainment that keep the children engaged and happy. This morning, Alexandra led a morning exercise session with the kids in the fresh air - it was wonderful! Our daughter absolutely loved it, participated with great enthusiasm, and kept talking about it afterward. Alexandra is very kind, sweet, and attentive, and she knows how to connect with every child 🌸 We would also like to mention that all the animators put in great effort and bring their own unique approach to the activities - you can really feel their dedication and care. Thank you to the whole team for such warm эмоции and a truly wonderful time at Lusso Sorgun! 🙏🏼
