Q Ella Beach Hotel

Umístění hotelu je v klidné části Side-Conakli. Klidná lokalita , a to jak přes den, tak i v noci. Mimořádně vstřícný personál ve všech směrech, a to bez ohledu na denní hodinu. Pokoj byl prostorný s balkoném . Minibar byl doplňován každý den nealko nápoji. Vše bylo , tak jak prezentovala CK. Matrace byly pro naše rozlobené ploténky rájem. Sprchový kout s prostorným vstupem. Úklid byl prováděn každý den včetně výměny ručníků a doplnění toaletních potřeb. Jídlo bylo pestré, chutné a v dostatečném množství. Vybere si opravdu každý. Velké množství salátů a ovoce. V hotelu je zdravotník, kadeřník, malý obchod a spa welnes přístupný téměř cely den. Velké poděkování za krásně prožitou dovolenou všem.

Hotel je celkem blízko od pláže, pro ty co by cestu nezvládli jezdí každých 30 minut hotelový busík. Pokoje jsou krásný a hotelový spa a posilovnou, bazénem a saunou taky super. Co se týče jídla tak taky top. Paní Burcu co kolem nás běhala byla moc milá a se vším poradila.

Tenhle hotel jsme si vybrali,protože má nového majitele, zrekonstruované pokoje a tak nás lákal a vybrali jsme si naprosto skvěle. Personál úžasný, ochotný. Pokoje pěkné, čisté a denně uklizené. Jídlo velice překvapilo. Velký výběr, pestré a bylo opravdu z čeho vybírat. Hotel má sice 4* ale odpovídá 5*+👌🏼 Moře cca 600m od hotelu,každou chvíli jezdil transfer s veselým řidičem. Na pláži zázemí,takže jsme se nemuseli vracet na oběd do hotelu (bar,restaurace -oběd, zákusky,ovoce) od 15h nanuky. Bar-pivo,nealko, káva Animační program super. Určitě se do tohodle hotelu jednou vrátíme. Byli jsme opravdu moc spokojení

Moc děkujeme za nádhernou dovolenou. Nejdřív jsme nevěděli, co nás čeká, protože se změnil majitel, ale byli jsme velmi mile překvapení. Hotel je luxusní, byl komplet zrekontruován. Personál byl úžasný. Všichni byli velmi milí, recepční Hamit nám se vším poradil a za to mu moc děkujeme. Všude čistota a pořádek. Jídlo skvělé. Wifi na pokoji zdarma. Minibar na pokoji každý den doplňován. Na pláži vlastní lehátka a bar (ten se ještě za nás dodělával, ale určitě bude také pěkný). Pláž písečná, pozvolný vstup do moře. Ještě jednou děkujeme a rádi se sem vrátíme. Rodina Sýkorových

Employees speak very bad english or not at all (or maybe pretend that they do not understand). The hotel guests are from 80 % Turks. The hotel is really focus on turkish guests. There were a lot of power outages in the hotel during the day. We got a worse (and smaller) room than we paid for. The room was not ready when we arrived at about midnight with 2 kids. There were only 3 beds. First we got a broken extra bed and then we had to wait for the other one a lot of time....The room was situated on the main corridor next to the hairdresser and the souvenir shop and the reception. The walls seems to be from the paper and you hear everything around. There is no door between the room for kids and the hall in the room - you hears everything from the main corridor. The bathroom is very small with no space for the legs when you sit on the toilet (see the picture). The shower has a bad sink-hole (there were water everytime). The balcony is with no air with a very small hole (see the picture). The clothes (swimsuits) do not become dry. There were water on the floor. There are utility rooms for the hotel staff with a lot of noise under the balcony. Pillow is very tough (recommend to bring your own). An air-conditionig works very well in all the guest rooms (we were in 3 guest rooms). Minibar is daily refilled with water and coca-cola in bottles (1 room had even fanta). We met the quest relation lady on the coincidence on Thursday morning and told her about the room. They changed our room on the Thursday afternoon (we arrived on Sunday midnight). It was finally the room we should get upon our arrival. Finally we had to pay extra for the late check out on Sunday and had to move to the standard room (very small room for 2 people). Food is on the turkish basis....but you can pick something everytime. There is a instant coffee in the coffee machines. Some things like Ayvar or milk in the box are only in the bar next to the swimming pool or maybe somewhere else but nobody inform you. The swimming pool is without a lifeguard. The swimming pool is 1,4 m deep with 2 smaller slides. There is also a small swimming centre with slides for very small children next to the swimming pool. There is not enought deckchairs and some people put their towels on them to reserve. There is a swimming pool in the relax centre inside the building that is also available for the hotel guests. The beach is about 10 minutes by walk or there is an old hotel shuttle bus to the beach. There is a bar with a fridge with bottled water and restaurant with food on the beach - that is a great thing. There are deckchairs with beach umbrellas on the private beach. There is a place for more deckchairs, that would be great because sometimes was no chance to find the free deckchairs there. There were a lot of people in the sea = high season (July). I believe that if we got the right room we paid for upon our arrival and not from the Thursday afternoon we would have better impression of the hotel overall.
