Side Aluna Hotel (ex. Diamond Beach Hotel)

Fantastický hotel Jsem britská matka, která cestovala se svými 3 dětmi (15) (8) (5). Četl jsem recenze o tom, že Němci jsou hrubí. Nebylo to tak, že mladí byli milí a přátelští. Zažil jsem jen špatnou atmosféru, když starší Němci začali dorazit, udělali bod, který se nám nelíbil Britové (ale byli nebude mi ničit dovolenou), není o tom negativním, co mohu říci o tomto hotelu, pouze pokud vám nebude vadit, že je jediným britským člověkem. Hotel byl po celý čas bez poskvrny

I think we really struck lucky again here ! This holiday was amazing value. From the moment of arrival we were greeted with relaxed (and relaxing) smiles from the wonderfully friendly staff in the cool, with lobby of a hotel with a very cosmopolitan vibe. The hotel is immaculate, kept perfectly clean in all areas. Shows or entertainment every night if you want it, and the entertainment staff work very hard throughout the day. We arrived late (11.00+ pm) and were able to put our bags in our room and still get to eat a good meal in the restaurant, and drinks to follow in the (24 hour) pool bar. Food was great for the whole holiday and restaurant staff nicely attentive and keen to help at all times of the day. Always- ALWAYS- with a smile. Especially the lady who made the fabulous omelettes and the lovely guy who sweeps up around the restaurant: a genuinely nice fella. And the bar staff ! Friendly, helpful, keen to make you welcome. All worth tipping ! Rooms are good, facilities in the rooms good, too, especially the shower, and a neat little balcony for 2. The housekeepers were lovely, too. Trips pick up right outside the door and dolmus buses are just 1 minute away for the cheap and comfy ride into Side, c15 mins. Several bars nearby if you want towards football: Sunny and Oyster are 2. Were looking to come back next year: some trips we still want to make, and I can't think why I'd risk staying somewhere else, even if the prices increase a little.

The hotel was absolutely lovely staffs are all absolutely lovely and so helpful and food is really nice there’s a lot of option. However, the people in the hotel made me feel extremely uncomfortable as they were all extremely staring at me and blantly taking pictures

A nice, cozy hotel where it’s comfortable to stay. The staff are attentive but not intrusive, and everything is clean and well maintained. The beach is about a 5-minute walk away or a 2-minute shuttle ride. The food is quite varied, so you can always find something to your taste. The nearby market turned out to be even better than the popular Manavgat market. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay.

We got very good service from Mr Apo. Ismet The service was at its highest level. Definitely going back to the side Alune Hotel!
