Side Aluna Hotel (ex. Diamond Beach Hotel)

Fantastický hotel Jsem britská matka, která cestovala se svými 3 dětmi (15) (8) (5). Četl jsem recenze o tom, že Němci jsou hrubí. Nebylo to tak, že mladí byli milí a přátelští. Zažil jsem jen špatnou atmosféru, když starší Němci začali dorazit, udělali bod, který se nám nelíbil Britové (ale byli nebude mi ničit dovolenou), není o tom negativním, co mohu říci o tomto hotelu, pouze pokud vám nebude vadit, že je jediným britským člověkem. Hotel byl po celý čas bez poskvrny

Convenient travel distance from Antalya Airport and seemless check in. The room value mainly comes from it's size and minibar refill services. Expect the service queue to be short and smooth without taking too much time at any given moment.

In my opinion, the hotel reviews are quite mixed, so I’ll add my own fresh perspective as I’ve just returned. Most of the waiters only speak German or Russian, so they automatically assume you are one of them. The snack bar is very disappointing, there are no hot snacks, only cold vegetarian sandwiches and some sweets. Breakfast is nothing special, and I’m not a picky person. However, lunch and dinner were tasty with a good variety of options. The pool has warm water, and there is a great lifeguard who allows reasonable fun and even spends time playing with the kids. The rooms are cleaned thoroughly every day, with fresh towels provided. The drinks are very weak, the manager stands by the bar and makes sure only 25ml of alcohol is poured. However, if you smile and tip the waiter a few times, they will know what to do. The hotel is close to the beach, with a free shuttle service that takes you there. There is also a beach bar with very good food, including curry, spaghetti, pizza, burgers, and a lady making traditional Turkish pancakes, which are excellent. Right across the street from the hotel, there are markets, so everything is within easy reach.

We have just had the most wonderful week at the Aluna Side Hotel. The food was fresh and delicious, the cleanliness was brilliant and the staff were always warm and friendly. The animation team were excellent! Johny was fantastic and Iryna and elif from the mini club were superb! Our little ones, who are normally quite shy, were happy to stay and play. Each day they did different activities such as making cookies, making t-shirts and painting stones. Could not fault them, they were fabulous!
