Dovolenou jsem si velice užila. Hotel odpovídá 5*. Každý den je co dělat(od zumby až po šipky) a není možné zažít nudu. Lidé, kteří pracují v tomhle hotelu jsou velmi ochotní a milí. Velice ráda se sem v budoucnu opět vrátím a věřím, že každý si zde najde to své!

We also stayed at Swandor Kemer with friends (two families traveled together), and we can say our impressions are very similar. The vacation turned out to be truly easy and comfortable, without unnecessary stress or hassle. We were accommodated right away, everything was quick and smooth. The rooms were decent and clean, with regular housekeeping, and everything we needed was there. Overall, we had no issues with everyday comfort—everything worked as it should. The hotel grounds are very pleasant—green, well-maintained, and especially beautiful in the evening. We often walked around together, sat in different areas, talked, and it felt really cozy. The food was also at a good level. There was a wide variety, everything was fresh, and everyone could find something they liked. The kids were especially happy—there was always something for them to eat, which made the vacation much easier. We liked the entertainment, especially that you could either just watch or take part. The kids were always busy with something, while we could relax nearby. The atmosphere was very friendly, without any pressure. The sea and the beach are a separate highlight. Clean, beautiful, and the water was warm. There were enough sunbeds, and it never felt overcrowded, even during the season. The pools were clean, and there are several of them, which is convenient not everyone gathers in one place. There are areas for children, which is also a big plus. We had no trouble finding sunbeds, even if we didn’t come early in the morning. The sea was warm, with a comfortable entrance and clear water, although sometimes there were waves—that’s just nature. We would also like to separately mention Shabnam from guest relations. She is a very pleasant and attentive staff member, always smiling and quick to help if anything needed to be resolved. It’s clear she’s in the right role. Overall, both families had a great vacation. Everything went smoothly, comfortably, and without any unpleasant moments. It’s a good place where you can truly come with a group and just relax properly.

Our stay at Swandor Kemer was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The hotel is extremely welcoming, and every single member of staff we encountered went above and beyond to make our holiday special. The level of service genuinely exceeded all expectations. The hotel itself is spotless, with beautifully maintained facilities throughout. Our family room was very spacious, comfortable, and perfect for travelling with children. The kids club was fantastic for both our 5-year-old son and 10-year-old daughter, with plenty of activities that kept them entertained and excited every day. The food across the resort was excellent with plenty of variety and quality for the whole family. One of the highlights for us was having heated pools — such an amazing touch and something that made the holiday even more enjoyable. The night time entertainment was also excellent every evening and created such a fun atmosphere for both adults and children. Another detail we absolutely loved was that there were no plastic glasses in sight, which honestly makes such a difference when enjoying drinks around the resort. It added a much more premium feel to the experience. We also really appreciated that branded alcohol labels were included, which was another touch that showed the hotel’s high standards. What truly made this stay unforgettable was the care shown towards my daughter’s gluten free diet. Guest Relations were exceptional, messaging me every single day to ensure everything was catered for perfectly. A very special mention must go to Ece, who was unbelievably amazing throughout our stay. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made such a difference to our holiday. All of the restaurant managers were also fully aware of my daughter’s dietary requirements and each one showed extra care and attention every time we dined. It gave us complete peace of mind as parents and made the experience so much more relaxing and enjoyable. The chefs were outstanding and even created a special gluten free birthday cake for my daughter, which was such a thoughtful and memorable gesture. We visit Türkiye a couple of times every year, and without question this is by far our favourite hotel we have stayed in. We are already looking at booking our return visit and cannot wait to come back.
