Swandor Hotels & Resorts Kemer

Dovolenou jsem si velice užila. Hotel odpovídá 5*. Každý den je co dělat(od zumby až po šipky) a není možné zažít nudu. Lidé, kteří pracují v tomhle hotelu jsou velmi ochotní a milí. Velice ráda se sem v budoucnu opět vrátím a věřím, že každý si zde najde to své!

We have just returned from a 5 night trip here from the Uk. This hotel is probably the best hotel I have ever visited. From day one to leaving the entire experience has been fantastic. The rooms are really nice and kept spotlessly clean and the mini bars are filled every day. The food at the buffets is superb there is so much choose and it’s all fresh and choices from all over the world. The swimming pools are enormous and the beach is a short walk from the pools. There is entertainment at night which is almost professional level entertainment the shows are brilliant. There is fridges all round the pools, hotel, beach and bars with cold water available all day and night and there is food available at late night restaurants. I read before I came that there were lots of Russians and they could be rude and don’t queue. I think these reviews are probably written by people that do lot travel extensively. There are lots of Russians all of whom I found to be polite, friendly and good fun. Nobody queues at the buffets because it’s a no queue system and totally unnecessary. This is the only hotel I have ever visited that I have rebooked for next year before I have left. Honestly book it you won’t be sorry. My only regret is I have to leave and go home.

Excellent family holiday , facilities amazing , friendly staff -only issue with an aggressive lifeguard shouting at us over weight we complained and they didn’t really seem to handle it with any resolution . Looked after so well other areas, place very clean. Would deffo come back , but doors balcony need looking at not safe won’t lock. Few minor improvements and would be 5star

First of all, we really liked the hotel; it was our first visit. The entertainment team was fantastic and energetic we had a great time with them. The evening shows were wonderful, and the service was excellent. We played darts with Bilal from the animation team and had a lot of fun.
