SY Hotels Belek

So, where should I start. First of all, the hotel is dirty, the floor in the room is very very oily, dirty. My foot was sticking to the flor when I was walking, literally. After I called the reception, they sent someone to clean, and they wiped the floor with a mop without water and cleaning solutions. After that, they wiped it only with water, and logically that the oily was still there. Regarding the food, we have 2 kids, and in 7 days they couldn't eat 1 soup of vegetables, of chicken, or something. They had 3 meal that was repeating all the time (chicken on barbecue, sea bass on barbecue and steamed fish). Only good thing was that they had 2 nights with Turkish baclava in milk. Congratulations to the Food Manager, who tried his best to help us eat something, but I think his hands ar tied, nothing more to do. The hotel is small, not so big as was showed in the pictures, congratulations to the photographer. P.S. Big lack of employees, they have only 1 man that was serving outside, so you need to wait for drinks a lot. Also in interior, they have 1 man to server at 20 tables at least. so it's very hard for them. Also, at the bars near the pools, the barmans was very rude and impolite.

I have just come back from a week stay and the bad reviews seem really unfair! This hotel is brand new open so as you can imagine there is some slight room for improvement but overall the staff and the hotel made a perfect holiday for us! Staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, food was lovely with lots of variety, great entertainment every night, we always got a sun bed and the luxury of having mattress beds is great. Cocktails were also good but would be better if there was a menu available. Rooms were cleaned daily, mini fridge was topped up daily and clean towels. We had an amazing time at SY Hotels and we can see the potential of this place once the team are up and running with a few months behind them. We would stay here again in another year and can’t wait to see what amazing progress they have made. The team are lovely and although it’s new, I felt a 5 star experience. The hotel is somehow clean and the atmosphere is nice, the location is very good,but the food is bad, the service is bad, no one asks you if you want any drink or help neither at the pool nor at mealtime, you should wait in line for drinks(both at the bars and at mealtime), the pool is very small compared to the hotel guests and you can barely find a chaise lounge near the pool.
