Riu Palace Swahili

Úžasný, krasny a čistý hotel. Tento hotel má úžasné zaměstnance. Na recepci v zakaznickem servisu Sarah pomůže se vším. Každý den jsme měli uklizeno a doplněny minibar. V restauraci úžasné jídlo a milý personál Japhet, Francis, Stephen a další. Krásne bazény a příjemná obsluhu u bazénu Whithnies a Alawi. Bazénový bar dělá výborně koktejly a splní všechna přání. Dekuji celému týmu bazénové baru. Každý den nám u bazenu pomohl Ali s ručníky. Bar Daiquiri ma úžasnou Paulina a Dario. Večer u baru bylo prijemne dokud nezačala hrát muzika byla příliš hlasitá a nešlo slyšet vlastního slova. Chybí mi tu klidne venkovní posezení pro rozhovor s přáteli.

This is our first time in Zanzibar and our first stay at a RIU hotel, and choosing the RIU Palace Swahili — mainly because it is adults-only — was definitely the right decision. From the very first day, we couldn’t find a single thing to complain about. Area: The beach is stunning, clean, and offers a wonderful view. Food: We are staying for 12 nights and the food variety is impressive, especially the seafood — absolutely delicious. Accommodation: The rooms are extremely clean, very well maintained, and every day we come back to a lovely towel surprise. Activities: The activities are also a perfect 10/10. Every evening the management organizes entertainment to keep guests engaged and enjoying their stay. Management and Team: A big well done to the management and the entire team for maintaining such high standards. For my birthday, the team decorated my bed and surprised me with music in the room along with a bottle of champagne — such a thoughtful gesture. Last but not least, we would like to mention how kind and welcoming the local people are. Truly wonderful. We didn’t regret our choice for even a minute. It was the perfect place to celebrate my birthday this year. Thank you!
