Alua Helios Bay

Skvělá poloha hotelu vše na dosah. Kousek od náměstí cca do 15 min. Kde je supermarket, lékárna, směnárna a spoustu restaurací a nákupních příležitostí. Nákupní příležitost do 200m. Pěkní park Obzor. Ceny levnější než v ČR. Hotel patří do top 4 nejlepších hotelu Obzor. Obsluha na recepci milá. Na pokoji pro každého 2 polštáře, povlečení je hebké a příjemné. Jídlo je super, vybrat si musí každý. Množství salátů a zeleniny, moře zákusků, pití teče proudem, pivo víno, nealko. U baru u bazénu je množství obsluhy a nikdy není fronta, nabídka drinků je velká. Všude Pizza, zmrzlina a množství ovoce. Hotel doporučuji všem, skvělá dovolená.

Location - We booked via Jet2 and arrived as a family of 4 (4 year old and 5 year old) for a weeklong all-inclusive holiday. We arrived on the 26th of September. Please be aware that Obzor closes down second week in September. All apart from one supermarket are closed, the supermarket that remains open had very bare shelves. All restaurants, bars, beach bars, entertainment were all closed. If we were aware of the shutdown we would not have booked this holiday. Nowhere did it say that the whole of Obzor closed down. Hotel - The hotel was ok, in need of repairs as there were huge gaps under all the doors so slight bit of sea breeze and it echoed through the hotel. And also flooded when it rained. Rooms were nice and big and good for a family of 4. The food was ok with variation. Outdoor pool is not heated so freezing cold especially for children. Indoor pool was very tired and in need of repair. Staff at the hotel were very unwelcoming especially to the children.

Bourgas Airport was very expensive, the quickest customs and luggage retrieval we have ever experienced. Transfer time was around 1hr. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff were fantastic and friendly. Plenty to eat, there is something for everyone, even the fussiest eaters like me. The pool was cold but not freezing, I have been in much colder pools, lots of entertainment going on, everyone enjoying themselves, and I didn't hear anyone complaining. We were on the 5th floor, and it was really quiet. we had a great sleep. We had a sea view room, the fridge was cold as the electricity was on when you left the room. Cleaners were fabulous, room cleaned daily. Lovely gift from the hotel for my birthday, much appreciated 👏 If we return, then it would be either July or August when everything around the town is open, we would also book the club option to get the premium drinks and separate lounge. Bottled water was only available from the reception and not the bar. We found this strange, and you can refill from the snack bar. The hotel shop was empty, there was a fantastic opportunity to make money as the local shops were closed, we had to buy gifts from the airport on return. We have never had such a relaxing and peaceful holiday, we had a fantastic time and will return again early season.

We stayed for a week at the end of September, although the weather wasn’t the best the hotel was lovely. Friendly staff & clean rooms. I contacted the hotel to arrange a surprise of a cake and balloons on arrival for my partners birthday and the hotel was only to happy to help even supplied complimentary champers! Are only ‘complaints’ if you want to call them that was that the outside pool was cold (but given we didn’t get the best weather) this didn’t bother us and we just used the indoor pool instead. The food was abit repetitive and not great if you have fussy children like myself but overall good choice most days. Entertainment during the day could be better as we didn’t see much going on in the daytime but our daughter loved the kids disco every evening. Overall lovely stay if your looking for a very chilled getaway this hotel works but if your looking for a holiday with lots to do around the hotel then I wouldn’t recommend as there was very little around the hotel such as shops or souvenir shops to explore if that’s what your wanting.

Just a fantastic hotel food brilliant staff fantastic rooms spotless cannot fault this hotel we had a week there will be coming back only fault with the hotel is the coffee machines ita awful but every thing else is brilliant
