Alua Helios Bay

Skvělá poloha hotelu vše na dosah. Kousek od náměstí cca do 15 min. Kde je supermarket, lékárna, směnárna a spoustu restaurací a nákupních příležitostí. Nákupní příležitost do 200m. Pěkní park Obzor. Ceny levnější než v ČR. Hotel patří do top 4 nejlepších hotelu Obzor. Obsluha na recepci milá. Na pokoji pro každého 2 polštáře, povlečení je hebké a příjemné. Jídlo je super, vybrat si musí každý. Množství salátů a zeleniny, moře zákusků, pití teče proudem, pivo víno, nealko. U baru u bazénu je množství obsluhy a nikdy není fronta, nabídka drinků je velká. Všude Pizza, zmrzlina a množství ovoce. Hotel doporučuji všem, skvělá dovolená.

Staff 5 * Cleanliness 5* Food 4* We've just come back from our stay having arrived 1st May at the start of the season. Rooms/bathrooms/hallways/outside WCs, all facilities are immaculate I've honestly never stayed in a hotel so clean! Beds really comfortable also but pillows were a bit hit or miss. Pools were freezing as they're fresh water pools and we did go in their 'spring' so hadn't hit peak heat yet to warm them up but there is in an inside pool which is warmer. Food had lots of variety. Constantly lots of fresh fruit, salad bits. Not much for picky children in regards t9 chicken nuggets etc but they do serve them downstairs for lunch and snack time. Food was pretty much always cold but we didn't really mind as it was still tasty. Staff were brilliant and nothing was ever too much for them and they were always happy to help in anyway they could. We really couldn't fault them. There is lots of shops, restaurants, takeaway places nearby and some stunning gardens to walk through and also another park aswell as the park on site. Stayed in August with kids aged 4 and 1 and had an amazing time. Room was perfect - spacious, cold air con, lovely view. Could be a queue for the lifts at busy times but it was manageable. We just had a shower cubicle rather than a bath with shower so that was a bit tricky with little ones but again, perfectly manageable. Kids pool was brilliant. Both pools a bit chilly but fine once you’re in and my kids were never out of them and didn’t complain. Food was lovely, some nights better than others but I’m quite fussy and could always fill my plate. Would really benefit from a kids section though. They do nuggets in the poolside snack bar at lunch time but not in the evening or in the main restaurant so that was a bit annoying and did struggle to find things the kids would eat sometimes on an evening. Always had pizza and chips available though. Lots of high chairs available. We went for our evening meal for when the restaurant opened and it was fine. We went one night a little later and it was absolutely heaving, struggled to find a table and it was just too busy for us but with little ones so definitely get down early. Obzor is a lovely little place. Very busy on an evening with loads of souvenir type shops, supermarkets and bars/restaurants. Lovely to walk around, lots going on for kids eg park, trampolines, little rides etc Transfer was a bit of a nightmare and longer than TUI advertised both ways due to having to go through traffic through sunny beach. Took about 1hr 45 which wasn’t great at all but not much we could do! I’d been apprehensive about this holiday. There weren’t many reviews when we booked and it was a totally new area for our family but it was fab and I’d recommend to any families
