AluaSoul Sunny Beach

We are here now and the Hotel is amazing!! It is immaculately clean rooms spacious,amazing views from the balcony.. this is a peaceful hotel, staff very friendly, pools are large. The only negative I have is the main pool needs to have some kind of handrail fitted .. we have seen lots of people stumble as you can't see the steps when entering and exiting the pool ... a simple handrail would stop anybody hurting themselves !! Overall a beautiful hotel and we will be back x

Ignore those bad reviews . When you look at what you are getting for your money then it's mind blowing . Staff are incredible and very helpful , rooms are a great size and the views are immense . Yes the cleaning service isn't the best if you don't ask but as soon as you do someone comes and does exactly what is required . The pools are clean and cold (which is glorious in this heat) The location being so close to flower street to get there in a matter of minutes yet far enough away so that it's not too noisy is perfect . I see a lot of people complaining about the cocktails ..... Just order what you want and they will make it . Dont like a sex on the beach then just order a vodka orange juice with a splash of cranberry and you have an even better drink . 5 stars all day long and will be coming back again !

beautiful location, so peaceful and welcoming, feels safe everywhere. The hotel is immaculately clean and the food was brilliant- couldn’t fault any of the elements at all! 100% will be coming back to stay at Alua Sunny Beach !!

Amazing attentive customer service, location is beautiful and the hotel is very clean our bedroom was cleaned and topped up every day !
