Beautiful hotel, lovely pools and delicious food, staff were friendly

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. Everything was excellent – the rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was varied and delicious there are a lot of that, and the staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the facilities were well maintained. Thank you for a great experience. We would be happy to return and highly recommend this hotel to others!

7 day all inclusive couples break 4th June. Great 4 star hotel, it oozes a classy relaxed vibe, you can see and feel it is targeting 5th star. Everything is really good, location, clean, facilities, food, drink, staff, atmosphere, rooms with a really comfortable bed, even the entertainment (which we all know can be a bit hit and miss) was really good. We would definitely return if visiting Sunny Beach again. We chose a My Favourite Club room with a sea-view , really spacious. The my favourite club gives you access to some separate areas , facilities around the Hotel which although when we booked we didn’t think we would get much use of, it was more for the sea view, we actually did and were glad. I imagine at peak season the benefits would be more appreciated. But having said that I would still come here regardless of package as most guests we spoke to were having a great experience. The beach is literally 5 steps from the hotel rear electronic gate , you step out onto a narrow promenade which leads you into main Sunny Beach Resort, cross straight over and you are on the beach! There is a beach bar and snack kiosk near to rear of hotel but neither was noisy nor caused me to have a second thought . The beach has areas with paid for loungers , but pretty much straight opposite hotel is one of the main large for free public areas. Location is brilliant close enough to Flower Street and buzz of Busy Sunny Beach, but a world of quiet tranquillity when you return 😀. Well done Aluasoul!

We stay at the AluaSoul for 4 nights for a quick getaway for my husbands birthday. The rooms were large and comfortable the aircon was not great but due to us only staying for 4 nights and spending most of our time out and about we did not complain. The food was okay in the main restaurant and lots to choose from. We asked about booking the Asian restaurant for my husbands birthday meal only to be told they were fully book when we explained it was for his birthday they managed to squeeze us in which was extremely nice of them to do so. The la carte Asian restaurant food was excellent the hotel made it special by giving him a complementary bottle of champagne and a birthday cake. The whole of the stay was enjoyable and we will return.

Fantastic location near beach and amenities but away enough from main bars that uts peaceful. Spotlessly clean. Good range of food something for everyone. Friendly helpful staff wouldnt hesitate to recommend
