Arrived 22 June 10 nights just after 1pm couldn't get room til 3pm Went to restaurant for lunch quality of food didn't look appealing it went downhill after that breakfast eggs white cooked yolks raw bacon burned complained to the persons doing the cooking just got ignored this was a daily feature complaining then we moved on to lunch and dinner make sure any meat is cooked especially burgers which are generally raw in the middle and cutlery not very clean overall food is very poor. Next we move on to the room Room was filthy bedding wasn't changed for eight days towels were never changed either bathroom floor was dirty bird droppings on the balcony. Next the bar what a joke this turned out to be if you ordered a cocktail you virtually had to beg for alcohol and the bar staff tell you they have put it in and you can clearly see they haven't which caused arguments and this went on every night for the duration of our ten night stay. The pools two big pools never a problem getting a sunbed the cleaning of the pool areas could be a lot better as some areas are quite dirty summing up the only good thing I can say about this hotel is checking out to go home it's the worst hotel I have stayed in all the complaints in this review have been passed to jet 2 holidays and is still on going we also complained to the rep that was a waste of time that was woul I recommend this hotel😂😂

Hi, just returned after spending a week at this hotel. In general the hotel was nice,food and drinks as part of the all inclusive was ok. I stayed in a My Favourite Club Room. The reception and bar staff were very friendly and helpful The only real complaint is the room cleaning staff were very poor. Out cleaner was an elderly lady who in the 7 days we were there only cleaned the room properly once. She seemed to think cleaning the room was emptying the bin and that was it. The bed wasnt made properly, Towels were either missing or not changed. Bathroom was not cleaned properly either. On one occasion my Partner went back to the room collect something and the cleaner was sitting down and just kept repeating it was to hot to clean. I understand this hotel has only recently re-opened and expected some teething issues. But if this is supposed to be a 4 star hotel, it needs to up its game.

Perfect location right on Sunny Beach. Night life great and a holiday shoppers dream. Attentive and plentiful polite staff. Food varied and lots on offer. Branded, self serve drinks in the restaurant. Amazing choice of beverages at the beach bar and night club - cocktails/mocktails especially! Air conditioned rooms - pleasant, clean and house keeping visited every day - couldn’t check in until 3pm - check out 11am, however safe, cctv storage room available 24/7. 2 pools to choose from and a variety of activities daily from the animation team. The snack bar was lacking in quantity on the 2 days we visited - perhaps longer opening hours for those who had been on day trips and missed breakfast/lunch service? On the whole, we were impressed and would recommend. Thank you AluaSoul!
