AluaSoul Sunny Beach

I’ve wrote a few reviews in my years of travelling and always try to be open and honest and I think this review will show this. The hotel: brilliant and yes I would return without hesitation. The hotel has everything you need to make your stay memorable and comfortable. Brilliant staff, brilliant service and brilliant all around experience. As others have mentioned, it’s clean airy and everything you would expect. The bar is well stocked and varied, the food is excellent with so much variety from many different cultures. Right next to the seaside, bars and restaurants, you are never far from the action of Sunny Beach but you don’t get the noise pollution when in or around the hotel. Trust me when I say “you can’t go wrong with this hotel “. The pool areas are relaxing with no beach towels on beds etc. The music playing around the hotel is varied and at a level that you can have a conversation without the need to raise your voice. I have observed the pool being cleaned daily. The staff are so helpful and friendly and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable and pleasant. I could go on and on about it but go, try it, you won’t be disappointed. As I said at the beginning, I have been to hundreds of hotels and this is one if not the best so far. If you have already booked, don’t worry and stop reading old reviews because you are in for a holiday of a lifetime..!!!!!

First time in Bulgaria and the only disappointment was the weather however we did come mid May and expected a cooler climate. Booked through Jet2 and upgraded to the My favourite club. Well worth the money spent as the room/suite was huge. Two toilets, two large flat screen TVs, separate bedroom, bath robes, slippers, welcome mini bar , tea and coffee pod machine......the list goes on. Staff brilliant. Every single one couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable. Seen in previous reviews some complaints about food being cold however I always took a hot plate of which loads were available and all was good. A microwave was also available if you wanted it even hotter. No complaints at all. Staff and facilities excellent. Will definitely return.

Good location 5 minutes from strip, the room was clean and airy. Food vairied and was always something for everyone. Bar had a wide range available and the bar staff were always cheerfull and up for a laugh. Not all amenities were open due to the time of year, but did not really affect our overall stay.

Fabulous hotel one of best weve stayed at. Staff were amazing, even the managers. 2 pools 1 quiet 1 with music.Entertainment evey night. Food was good they catered for all. Beer,wine,soft drinks on tap at meal times. Snacks available.

Staff r amazing very friendly , kind and helpful , they like to have fun with u and r always ready to help any way they can . The hotel is very clean and they clean ur rooms everyday and put fresh towels and bedding . The food is amazing so much to pick from and lovely and fresh and always looks lovely . Both of the pools r great big and very clean . We got very friendly with george one of the people in charge and what an amazing man always ready to help and show u things . The entertament was great loved every single bit of it and will defo be back to see all these fantasic people again . Didnt want to leave as so so nice . Thank you for an amazing time in this amazing hotel ur all amazing xxx
