I stayed at this hotel in July 2026 with my family. We booked two villas with pool access. Before I start this review, I want to mention that I have been to many resorts in Turkey (Delphin Hotels Chain + other resorts) as well as GRIFID Noa in Golden Sands, Bulgaria. Therefore, my comparisons and opinions are well-informed and fair, not biased. To begin with, the location of the hotel was ok. It is close to the Romanian border. However, there are no attractions outside the resort in comparison to other hotels in Golden Sands. The villas were great. Spacious, clean, and fully equipped. The minibar fridge has anything you need - alcohol (beer, vodka and prosecco), water, fruit juice, and snacks (chips and some gummy bears). However, the room cleaning was disappointing. The cleaners did a good job on average but some days they forgot to bring face towels (even though I specifically left them on the floor to indicate I need replacement), and other days they did not bring shower gels and shampoos. Moreover, the floor showers were often covered with sand, and there were some dead insects stuck to the ceiling. On top of that, the hotel did not provide the villas with a beach bag, and the slippers were of poor quality(some sort of paper-like material that tore on the second day). None of this issues ever occurred during my stays at Turkish hotels or at GRIFID. Regarding the other facilities, my experience was good. There are many different pools, including one for children with water slides and play areas. The pools are really clean and beautiful, however the water was cold - did not like that at all. The villas have pool access but I didn't use it much because of the water temperature - even though the villa pool itself was amazing. The beach bar was decent. It offered plenty of cocktails and different drinks but the main problem is the brand of alcohol used. The menu contains "Aperol Spritz" but the drink wasn't made with Aperol but with Aperitivo. I asked for my drink to be made with real Aperol, but the staff told me they didn't have it. I ordered a couple other cocktails but they were quite bad. The only good one was Hugo. I don't think it is appropriate for a 5-star hotel to use cheaper alternatives for vodka, rum and cocktails. The beach was really great, no complaints. The only thing missing was the music. The hotel offers a variety of different restaurants. The Main one (where breakfast, lunch and dinner are served) is large and clean. The waiters are careful, respectful and quick. However, the food is average. There wasn't much variety, and there were too few types of meat and side dishes. At breakfast, there was no cook preparing omelets with your choice of ingredients - a service most other 5* hotels offer. Moreover, the food was exactly the same every day at breakfast, whereas at lunch there were a few changes. Besides the Main restaurant, there are 4 À La Carte Restaurants: Mediterranean, Turkish, Asian, and Italian. I recommend booking a table at each one because it's worth it. The food served there was, indeed, amazing, and so was the staff. The Spa & Indoor Pool area was great, but too small for a hotel this size. The saunas were nice, indoor pool was good. It rained one day during my stay, so I spent the afternoon at the spa, and so did the other guests. It was really crowded, no empty sunbeds. On a normal day, the spa is really nice, but too small for the hotel's capacity. The gym was well-equipped with numerous new machines. Really good, no complaints. Parking space is huge, no problem with that at all. This hotel is perfect for families with children. Kids' shows are on every night and there are also playing areas. The entertainment staff organizes many activities for toddlers and teenagers. The staff is very polite and careful, especially with kids. The problem with this hotel is that it markets itself as a 5* resort but in my opinion, it is a 4 and a half one because there are many things that need improvement. Moreover, there are a lot of influencers that post on social media about their experience here (especially Romanian ones), but they do not show the truth. In conclusion, this place is great for a family vacation, but no way is the price appropriate for its "online image". I would never come here again, when hotels and resorts like GRIFID Noa exist.
