S hotelem jsme spokojený jídlo bylo super🙏 hotel je zrekonstruovaný takže moc příjemné . Pláž je kousek o lehátka byl trochu boj ale vždy se najde místo kde si lehnout pláž ze pozvolná . U bazenu je mnoho lehatek takze tam se clovek nemusi strachovat.

Have just came back after 7 days at this hotel which upon arrival everything looked amazing so will go to the good points first... The room was the biggest room ever and cleanest ive ever stayed in with 2 tvs. The bar and reception was spotless modern with beautiful decor. The pool area plenty of sunbeds and again spotless. Great location for beach and short walk up to sunny beach strip. Entertainment by NICKY was as good as it could be as it still not in season and not many guests so he did the best he could with what guests were there 10 out of 10 for nicky. Now for the bad ... The reason the pool area spotless is probably as while your trying to relax on the lounger there is a woman scrubbing the same spot with her broom for over an hour behind you , not what you want to listen to.Also there is no music played in the pool area .Now heres the big let down of the hotel the food and drink.The cups are so small one mouthful your coffee or cola gone.Not much variety of food which would not bother me if it was hot or somewhat warm but practically everything that came out was cold so if you like hot varied food this is not the place for you .The staff barely smile and they take your plate before youve swallowed your last bite. Indoor pool not heated up and it took 3 days before they heated up outdoor pool. So purely on the cold and non varied food i would not stsy here again even though its one of the nicest hotels ive stayed in.

Not a very good verity of food and what was there was cold Breakfast was the best meal of the day for me No tea or coffee served in restaurant after breakfast though you could have one at the bar but it was a mouth full if that

Stayed here for two weeks with another couple. I read a few reviews after booking and got a little worried, however some were true and some exaggerated. Here is a lot of bad points first: One or two restaurant items were either cold or luke worm. One day the beans were straight out of the fridge. I went and complained to cooking staff immediately. The beds weren't done nicely. We do better at home. Some reception staff look a bit miserable, however they did help a couple of times. No free water in rooms Now the good points: Bar staff in lounge were really friendly and welcoming. Photos added. Generally the food was nice and fair choice. Good room was given on request as one guest had walking difficulty. Rooms and shower was nice. I would stay there again though.

Great hotel. Lovely room. Very clean. Housekeeping excellent and very friendly. A big shout out to our cleaners. We were in room 412. All staff friendly. Plenty beds around the pool but a bit cramped. Umbrellas didn't shade the sun as they were fixed into the ground and were unable to move. Didn't go into pool as too cold. Indoor pool OK but could of done with a clean. We had a sauna which was very nice. Food was lovely and plentiful but always cold which was a shame but we used the microwave which helped. There are 2 restaurants and a snack area but only 1 microwave in main dining area. Could do with a microwave in the other 2 areas and that would be a bonus. Drinks were good and plentiful. WiFi was strong in the room but we couldn't get it round the pool or in the bar area. Reception manager said they were looking into the problem. There is a gate from eating/drinking area that is locked at certain times and would benefit from being open all the time as it gives more space for people to sit and relax. One afternoon we were told it was closing and had to be moved on to the terrace bar. We had a glass each with our drinks in and were told we couldn't take them only yards to the next set of seats as it was glass. We left the glasses and went to the bar (yards away) and were given our drinks in glasses lol. We couldn't believe it. Not much going on at night although I believe some entertainment was down in a room below which we didn't go to. The animation girls worked really hard day and night. Well done girls. Overall a nice stay and we would definitely return to marvel hotel.
